He was always available, responded quickly to every query, and made sure we never felt left in the dark at any stage. He arranged the viewing without any delay and was extremely supportive in helping navigate the process of putting forward a successful offer. His knowledge, communication, and dedication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Nari to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely helpful agent. A fantastic experience overall.

19th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)I slightly misunderstood a request made by the lady who I was speaking to on the phone. She proceeded to talk to me in a very condescending and rude manner. I felt belittled and actually a bit upset, even when I was trying to help and understand her. Not the type of interaction I expect from a professional solicitors.

11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We used Cullen Kilshaw for a sale and purchase of a property, the service was fantastic throughout, they were really helpful and always easy to contact. We had a stressful time with our chain but Morag was great at guiding us through the process and great at holding others to account. Would recommend for all conveyancing needs!

16th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Very poor, appear to have overlooked important documents in our missives which we now have to pay for on the sale of our purchase. You pay a solicitor good money to attend to these details. On being made aware of this " not our problem anymore" was the general theme. Tread carefully and make sure they're doing everything they say they're doing.

Could not recommend enough, we were informed of any updates very quickly and all of our concerns and queries were handled efficiently and with care. Jane made the whole process for us as first time buyers extremely smooth and we had our keys in 6 weeks! Communication regarding invoices and payments has been very difficult, with repeated delays and the need for constant follow-ups to receive payment. This creates unnecessary stress and makes it hard to manage supplies and ongoing work professionally. I hope the company improves its payment processes and communication with contractors in the future.
24th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)Aaron supported us with the legal conveyancing of both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our forever home. We really cannot fault the service we received from Aaron and would recommend him to anyone (indeed - we already have). He kept us well informed through the process; we never had to chase him. He also stayed late one evening to assist us with a potentially costly snag during the process, which he resolved speedily and smoothly. We would have no hesitation in working with Aaron again. He’s a brilliant solicitor. Thank you, Aaron for all your help these past few months.
14th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Firstly, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Cullerton and his team for such a speedy sale of our house. Mr. Cullerton takes such time to get to know you and your property, he was very friendly, approachable and made you feel taken care of. Somewhere in his literature it talks about a "personalised service" and my goodness that is exactly what you get and you feel it. Greig and the others at Cullerton's too including Mr. Cullerton himself were so speedy and diligent in keeping us informed and were on the ball every step of the way without having to be prompted and I never had to chase them for anything. Also he is amazingly good at getting you quite a price for your property that I am confident will be considerably over what you feel it will sell for. Cullertons is also a one stop shop for your property needs, I would suggest you do not look any further if this is what you are looking for because you have already found it! Thank you again Mr. Cullerton and to Greig and team!
