9th Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)Completely inactive. I had to chase them constantly. Calls not returned, forms not posted. They took so long that eventually my mum's capacity to agree to the PoA came into question and I was made to jump through hoops with my mums GP to protect THEIR license. Go somewhere else. addendum: Please don't hide behind the law society. 13th Dec 2024 (15 weeks ago)Pattinson Alnwick went above and beyond. We are both housebound. They brought documents to sign ,helped with I.D taking photographs of said documents where necessary . Sold our property within 29 days. Would certainly use/recommend them .

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
16th Jan 2025 (10 weeks ago)Communication non existent and told that once my offer was accepted I would not be able to view again to measure up etc, as they “ discourage it, as I may find something that makes me change my mind and withdraw my offer.” Incidentally they were being paid by me!
