2nd Dec 2017 (6 years ago)We recently bought a property in Kingsbridge. Nicky the agent was friendly and supportive throughout. She answered all questions by return and kept us, the vendors and our solicitors up to date. We would certainly recommend Stags.

28th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Speed at the beginning was very good and advent was much improved from previous listing.- 4th Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)STAGNANT Paid for full management and they: - allowed tenant to redecorate entire property, rewire most light fittings, damage bathroom cabinet and change kitchen sink without permission. I was not informed and discovered when accessing property day before new tenants moved in. - lied about condition of property on inspections - took over 2.5 months to get oven fixed which I ended up sorting myself, despite full management. Tardy responding to emails. Got Property Redress Scheme involved.

Our initial choice was based on their very apparent common sene and professionalism.. We weren't disappointed, and we were especially pleased at their speedy communication, their warmth, their can-do attitude and their attention to detail. Nice people to do business with - and a fair and successful outcome. Highly recommend. Thank you Tara, Michele, Kate and Tim.

29th May 2023 (1 year ago)Never again. I lacked confidence in them, example in their words 'researching the correct steps to fulfil the sale'. It's a Park Home you don't even need a solicitor! Although I had used them before and dropped out of selling due to health problems they APPROACHED ME this time fully aware of acting for a 70 year old with heart problems and again when the stress and uncertainty caused health issues to flare instead of understanding that they knowingly had gone into the risk charged £1200 with the various bullshit excuses about 'researching correct steps' Errrr... You're an Estate Agents! Park Homes aren't exactly hens teeth around Torbay you should like Connells be well aware of how to sell one and 'hand delivered documents' errr...I offered to come and collect them and was told by the office not to bother as they had someone just round the corner that afternoon who would 'pop them through the letter box'. So in summary a small charge would have shown decency and common sense, £1200 for a risk they touted for is in my opinion the proof of their attitude and why I would most certainly never go near them again.

Adam proved to be very informative and gave good advise whilst the business was up for sale, he continuously kept me up to date with monthly feedback reviews on prospective buyers. Adam arranged the viewings on the business and gave feedback on all viewings. When the business sold he chased third parties and solicitors throughout the sale which made this quite an easy and stress free transfer. I would recommend Kings Business Transfer for the sale of your business without hesitation.

4th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
