15th Mar 2025 (14 weeks ago)Howard Douglas Lettings have recently organised a Tenant Find Service for a property in Buckfastleigh. Kate has managed everything from start to finish. The service was impeccable and Kate was really lovely to deal with. I have used other Lettings Agents before for the same property, but none have matched this level of service. 100% recommended and very reasonable cost wise.

22nd Apr 2025 (8 weeks ago)Recently exchanged on my Property with completion 7days from now…I only instructed Knight Frank in early January and anticipated period of the usual frustrations that go with ‘The Territory’ I was and am delighted that the stage I am at this early! Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! Their structure of Operation..the Personnel within that structure..Communication Skills…Proactive and Positive attitude..all in great supply when needed most.To Louise and her team at Exeter thank you..well done!!! A special thank you to Rachel Hancock out of Bristol who ‘Took on’ my House and in effect Nursed it from cradle to grave and drove forward any obstacle with great skill and determination. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt pretty daunting at times, but Samantha was there every step of the way to guide us through it. She was always super helpful, quick to respond, and kept us in the loop throughout. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she really made the whole experience so much smoother and less stressful. They are a dynamic and enthusiastic company who know the local market exceptionally well. They also understand the complexities of older properties. Their commitment to their work is evident from the moment you meet them. All of the team are super efficient and are always happy to listen and offer sound advice. Andy and Emma are extremely personable and their calm, professional approach was always present and very welcome. In my view, Kingsbridge Estate Agents are second to none in the local area and I would highly recommend them.

The communication has been really good, I have never struggled to get through to any of them and even had responses out of office hours! Can’t thank them enough!

Hannah and Maria from the South Brent office were both very quick with their communication and kept my brother and I fully updated with viewings and any subsequent feedback. I would highly recommend using them.

The other agents assumed a position of knowing what was best without asking our view. They both valued our property a lot less than Staggs and made a mockery of their so called expertise.- 3rd May 2025 (7 weeks ago)We have nothing but good things to say about Stags in Dartmouth. Liah Harrison was the sales negotiator in charge of our move and she did a wonderful job. She was always available to answer the many questions we had and was dedicated to ensure our move was completed before our deadline. We would highly recommend. Many thanks Liah

Mike’s valuation was spot on- ensuring a flurry of viewings, quickly securing a ‘proceedable’ buyer and an offer very close to asking price was negotiated. Our chain was complicated and at times fragile but Callum and Ashley deftly navigated it for us. The whole team was professional and proactive throughout.
