Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me excellent advice and even suggested services I may need. They have superb local knowledge and a good price for the house I was selling. I could not praise them highly enough and would recommend anyone to use them if they want a professional caring service.

No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.

Knight Frank - Excellence with the highest possible professional standards of integrity, trust and genuine care delivered by their Exeter Office team– notably Florence, Racheal, Leonie, Rebecca. In fact, the whole team. They found us two suitable buyers within a week! Their conduct was exemplary in terms of communicating, empathy, reassuring and reality – an estate agency which genuinely understands the emotions and needs of people as well as the practical aspects of selling homes. They are second to none – ‘Knights to be trusted' - professional decent agents who can effectively secure a sale with the least amount of stress. Communicating and engaging throughout the whole conveyance - always there. Keeping us informed. Knight Frank Exeter has a brilliant business ethos balancing, with integrity, the buyers and sellers’ emotions and needs to their own business purpose. To them customers really do come first. Zoe & Sam in the bovey tracey office were both friendly, helpful and efficient. I then made an offer on a property that was also on their books. I can honestly say that my experience of both a sale and a purchase were as stress free as possible. I would 100% recommend them and I wouldnt think twice about using them again in the future.

14th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have rented with Gargan and Hart for over 10 years. Sadly, as the landlord is selling the house, so I am moving on. But Gargan and Hart, have always been helpful, respectful and professional. They have been inspecting the property every 3 months and are always prompt at addressing any issues and at making sure the property is safe and well maintained. Emma is amazing, approachable, respectful and always at the end of the phone if needed. She goes above and beyond, and I cannot thank her enough for all of her help and kindness. She is knowledgeable, practical and a wonderful person. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They would be my first port of call for any future renting or buying. They were thoroughly professional and highly motivated to work towards the buyers' goals, demonstrating attentiveness and excellent communication skills throughout the process with all stakeholders. Their photographer was excellent, adaptable to my needs, and produced amazing photos while incorporating my direction. Luscombe Maye showed great attention to detail in my listing, always eager to get my input and work with me to meet my expectations, ensuring the best possible outcome. What truly stood out was their willingness to communicate at all times, even outside of regular working hours. They made sure the entire team was informed about the latest developments, so I never had to worry about ensuring someone was up-to-date if my primary agent was unavailable. The outcome of my flat sale was excellent because they were adaptable and worked closely with me, avoiding a cookie-cutter approach. I absolutely and catagorically recommend Luscombe Maye over any other agent in TONES to anyone looking to sell their property. ChartsEdge: all fur coat and no knickers—full of talk but lacking substance, with incorrect vital details in their listings. Marchand Petit: Unrelatable spivs With all that said, Luscombe Maye came out on top. They are well worth any cost and the investment of using them as your agent.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
