23rd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Bit strange, as my sister applied for a rental property and I was to be the guarantor they denied my application even though my payslips were valid? Stating I earn half the salary I put down? They advised me that home let denied my application but they were Lieing as home let has written it in email stating the above. MILLIE I think her name is the, she has been dealing with me on two occasions and for some reason both applications have been denied and then compulsively Lieing to me and my family. To be honest she’s bad reputation to the company. She doesn’t even know left from right let alone a guarantor. Would not recommend this company at all I don’t know if it’s racial profiling but to be honest it feels like that. Would advise people to stay away!

We had very good advice and were guided through the process without a hitch. During the time from valuation to completion we were kept informed in a timely and efficient manner. The property was sold very quickly. Photographs were very good and realistic pricing. From start to finish we are very pleased and would have no hesitation in using Kimmitt & Roberts again. Tracy was very helpful as were the other branch staff.

Whether it be over the telephone or in person nothing has been too much trouble. Charlotte was the main person we have been dealing with and we found her to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional at all times. We would highly recommend Castledene to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

An outstanding service is always given and I’ve had two mortgages from these and they have always provided me with the best help and service along the way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my mortgage quotes 10/10
21st May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Good experience except for an encounter with one individual called Todd. He was very keen to tell me he was the company director on arrival, then told me (whilst picking dirt out of his fingernails) “I couldn’t really care less about this property” probably because it was cheap and his commission is low, I’m hoping he doesn’t treat people buying cheap properties less than those spending millions. If he does he clearly doesn’t understand the basic principles of business. Business isn’t about quick transactions, it’s built on relationships. I will not be doing business with this company moving forward, I would advise against using them, they lied to me twice in the process of buying the house and the disappointing attitude from inflated ego Todd was a let down, perhaps if he did his research he wouldn’t talk to me like that. Shame really, when one guy lets the team down.- 26th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Despite the property being very unique the valuation was based on as much well researched information as they could manage. Marketing was done well with excellent photos and a photographic 3d walk around. They also managed to arrange marketing in the local paper. Helped negotiate a good selling price higher than the asking price. Property has been sold within 5 weeks of marketing. Friendly and informative staff. Despite speaking to different staff the computer notes were well done meaning we were always well informed. I’d recommend this company.

The sale ended up being a fairly drawn out process due to a new build in the chain but I was kept up to date throughout by Gill who helped put the pressure on get us the answers we needed.

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.
