They were patient with me throughout, taking the time to understand my needs and ensuring I found a decent property that met my requirements. During the house visit appointment, they were friendly and professional, which made the experience much more pleasant. However, it did seem at times that the vendor had more control over them, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, Fraser Wood managed to handle the situation well, balancing professionalism with the needs of their clients. Overall, I appreciate their effort and patience, and I would recommend Fraser Wood for their friendly and professional service.

She has checked in again after the process has completed and is always pleasant and helpful if I have any queries. I have also found the other office staff to be just as polite and helpful too. I would highly recommend Emma and the team.

Landlords / owners of properties want to be careful when they believe that agencies are doing well this work.
