Been with Redstones Wilenhall for four months. Company has been very helpfull with all of the issues we had, well any they could deal with. Had problems with windows and kitchen tap, they sent out very professional and good worker who did a fantastic job. Thanks Steve and Redstones.
4th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have had a very good service so far with the tenants recommended by the agency. The tenants are delaying the rental payment though every month which is starting to add a significant amount of anxiety. Hoping the agency helps resolve this. I will update the status here. Update 27-Jan: No commitment from tenants on when the failed rental payment will be paid and agency has not been able to get a concrete answer. Starting to cause severe stress as a landlord. I hope the agency resolves the issue. Update 04-Mar: Rent is being defaulted again. Financial and mental stress continues over multiple months.
21st Apr 2023 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation with Adam to completion with Jo, the whole team took care of everything for me including accompanying prospective buyers and held my hand through the whole process. I have to be honest it’s been quite a lengthy journey and I couldn’t have done it without their dedication to the final goal. They kept me up to date every step of the way and always on hand should I need any assistance or re-assurance. Certainly would recommend.
12th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)I have been a tenant through Eden estates twice and have nothing but good things to say. No hassle throughout either tenancy. Helpful and felt looked after if there were any issues with the properly. My landlord was also great and a pleasure to deal with even if not directly. Thank you for the few years in the house.

Living at a distance we were reliant on them to handle everything, which they did willingly, going the extra mile to provide outstanding service and a great result. We received regular clear communication and recommendations. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We would recommend them highly.

There was no hard sell and Nick’s experience of the property market was invaluable during the initial viewing period. Once the offer was accepted, the team worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Nick and Sophie, kept us informed throughout the whole process, communicating with what turned out to be quite a complicated chain. Without their investigative determination we would not have known what was happening. Thanks to their knowledge and guidance, we have completed successfully. Highly recommended! Choosing a estate agents to sell your home and putting all your trust into them is one thing, 5 weeks into a agreed sale to then be told there not even sure the buyers have even got a mortgage in principle, Chris the sales guy was trying to purchase some of the land attached to the property and trying to dictate sales to suit the purchase of the land is very unprofessional, we then decided we wanted to change estate agents due to the unprofessionalism and Chris decided to call up the new estate agents and try to sabotage the new listing, we then had a viewing on the property via the new estate agents and the potential buyer called chosen by mistake Chris was not finished he started slating the property and tried his best to put them off, we are extremely Disappointed with this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism, shocking to think your trusting these people to sell your home .

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
27th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have been blown away by my experience with MP & K, I have been dealing with Charlotte, and she has been nothing short of absolutely fabulous. She booked us a last minute viewing, got our offer agreed within one phone call, none of the usual games and going back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble, she replies to emails very quickly and gets information asked for. Faultless experience, alot of other agents could take a pointer or two from this company!!
