11th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Can I just say I am overwhelmed by how good these guys are? Within a day, my house (that I am selling) was photographed, videoed, and marketed. Few hours after the listing, we were inundated by viewings and now offers! This is my first time selling so I can't speak for much experience, but wow, surely it doesn't get any better than this?! The team create an environment where we almost have a 'friend' like relationship and I can ask anything of them and it's no bother. My girlfriend say Dominika is a credit to Affitto and the rest of the team we have dealt with are out of this world too. 1000/10 service guys! Thanks so much. Honestly. Thankyou!!

Very disappointed from this agency All agency’s in uk are not wanted to give homes to the Indians and I don’t know what is the reason behind it we Indians especially Kerala people are more care for the houses and trying to keep our premises neat and tidy always if 1 person has done anything wrong don’t put it in action to others .this is very disgusting .and more over if child is there no one should approach this agency because ur going to loose ur time . Seriously they will not give homes and they will make some excuses very bad service .and wanted to tell more but this page is not enough for that
1st Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)I had an excellent experience with Joe Lambeth in securing a mortgage for me. As a first time buyer, my experience couldn’t have been more a positive one. Joe made sure I understood everything and guided me every step of the way. He always answered my queries and concerns. I just moved into my apartment and I am very pleased with it. I highly recommend Joe if you are looking for someone to help you out with your mortgage process.

We waited for 30 minutes, tried calling their office several times, and got no response. We spent a lot of time traveling to the location and were left standing in bad weather for nothing. This was a completely unprofessional experience—by far the most irresponsible agency I’ve ever dealt with.

From the outset, David was very courteous and helpful when he valued the property, and then Michelle and Jane inspired confidence and were a pleasure to deal with as they navigated the sale.

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!.
