7th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Before check out of a rental property, Belvoir said the living room needed repainting & the house should be professionally cleaned. I done both of these things & then after check out, they tried to charge nearly £2,000 for the whole house to be repainted. I negotiated for them to lower it to the deposit amount which they agreed as it was around £1,100. Shortly after I had mail go to my old address so I went to collect it. The new tenant confirmed the house had not been repainted.

I popped into the office for some advice and received a lovely warm welcome from everybody, Josh gave me some good honest advice about my home and showed a lot of professional knowledge about the local market. Shoutout to Jay, Bria and dave too! All are a real credit to the company, I will not hesitate to use them when I sell.
8th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Awful place for letting, I wouldn’t even consider buying a place from them.<br>They lie to you, and only show you the best part during viewing. I saw things I didn’t see during the viewing when I moved in. Wasn’t told the full information.<br><br>And when moving in, they failed to let the accommodation know I was moving in. And when problems occur in the building, they don’t do anything.<br>If you’re thinking of moving into Vox Living, DON’T
9th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Whilst my house sale proved to be anything less than straightforward, I was kept up to date at all times by Stuart and Sabi which helped with my frustrations. I relied upon them far more than my solicitors and was comforted by their level of knowledge with the whole process. Hopefully I won't be moving again but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use the perton branch again because of their help and professionalism.

11th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I have always received a solid service from this Dixons, other estate agents in the area have made me feel like I'm just a number and the service has been consistently poor but Dixons I've had a few dealings with now have always been good.<br>Shout out to branch manager Darren, he hands down has been the best part of Dixons, he always gets stuff done and is honest in his approach, he clearly directs his staff well as most interactions I've had have been brilliant

Jodie looked after the sale towards the end and kept us up-to-date on progress. She was quick to respond to queries and was just generally very helpful. Thank you again for making the process as easy as you could, it made all the difference!

With me in transition between two countries and not always having every document to hand, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful in finding solutions. She never made me feel a nuisance for being a "little more complicated", just patiently worked through every question with me, replying to emails promptly and meeting me at the flat twice without hesitation. I honestly couldn't have asked for better support. Thank you Herdip!!

22nd Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)We placed our house on the marked with Worthingtons after trying to sell twice previously - both times we were unfortunate in our circumstances and our sales fell through. Feeling very deflated, we marketed with Worthingtons in a last ditch attempt to sell! The Rightmove pictures and listing were fantastic. We sold with Worthingtons in a couple of weeks and they did all of our viewings. Tina was brilliant at progressing the sale and keeping us informed throughout. A very effective local business who we would urge all local people to use if looking to sell in Bilbrook or Codsall. We appreciated the honesty and transparency of Helen and Tina as it is hard to come by in this field of work! A final shout out to Julie for being a lovely warm, kind-spirited and cheerful presence. Thank you for your hard work and perseverance. We would not hesitate to use Worthtingtons again and will be urging all friends and family to use them for property sales and purchases in the future! 29th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Claire, Claire, Claire… what can we say? Claire Midgley was our rock throughout a very long and difficult conveyancing process. Working in the industry myself, I can certainly recognise a special agent when I see one and she certainly is a true credit to Dourish & Day. She listened to me rant (probably like a broken record at times) , offered advice and promised me she would chase and subsequently update me… and true to her word she was every single time!! To get the good news call from her personally today was the icing on the cake for me & my partner. Thank you so much Claire for all your help throughout, we appreciate you hugely ??????
