We changed to D B Roberts on the 23rd September 2026 and had an offer on the 21st October 2026, less than a month!!! They are so efficient, you can get them on the phone when needed which is rare these days. They keep you completely updated of what's going on, you don't have to chase them. We are so delighted that we put the house up for sale with them. I would 100% recommend them.

We hit a few bumps in the sale and they stepped in immediately and kept the momentum going. After being let down by multiple letting agencies and dealing with poor customer service, me and my wife were very grateful to come across Peter James Letting agency. Every interaction was super helpful, informative and they wasted no time whatsoever in making sure they would help us apply and figure out everything we needed to do to move in to our new rental.<br><br>High recommend anyone to go with this service, you will not regret it!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier.
