11th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

The whole process felt much less stressful because they kept us updated and explained everything clearly. We really appreciated their professionalism and support throughout, and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

15th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Having had very negative experiences of small private lettings agents I decided to go with Dixons - an established sales and lettings agent in Wolverhampton. I met Meg at the Wolverhampton Dixons branch and the service I received was Excellent. I had a named person I could contact at any time, and more importantly Meg would phone me on a regular basis keeping me updated on the state of repairs and tenants moving in and out as well as offering advice and suggestions on issues as they arose. I would strongly recommend Dixons as an estate agent and in particular Meg as examples of professionalism.

However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. 13th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Mark slade of slade property collective sold my 4 bedroom semi-detached house with garage on the akron estate in wolverhampton in 12 day's. It was priced at £300,000.We had 2 offers under the asking price but Mark managed to get me the full asking price. He even went above and beyond to get the house me and my wife wanted to buy. The whole process of selling my house and buying my next home was all sorted within 6 to 7 weeks. Mark always kept me informed of any progress during the selling and buying process. I would highly recommend Mark slade of slade property collective to sell your house. He really is a top class estate agent.
