12th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)At the end of tenancy, they don't respond to emails regarding the return of the deposit, TDS also didn't get any response from them , poor communication and poor service , not what you'd expect after renting from them for over 10 years . Avoid

16th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)What can I say! The best part about the process of buying our home was SWF, particularly Jack and Michelle. From the booking of the viewing Jack was professional, friendly and just so helpful, and this just carried on through the whole process. He kept us up to date and chased when needed for us, we never felt abandoned or ignored. We struggled with our solicitors causing a few delays and also other parties causing delays but through the whole thing both Michelle and Jack kept us totally up to date. Communication I must say was top notch and explanation's of processes throughout were just great to settle our minds when needed, we felt looked after. When it needed the extra push at the end Michelle was there to liase with the solicitors. They say you need good solicitors to move home but I believe you also need the best estate agents and they were phenomenal! Will highly recommend and would always use again. Thank you so much team for making our home a reality. It’s been a pleasure to do this with you both!

Living at a distance we were reliant on them to handle everything, which they did willingly, going the extra mile to provide outstanding service and a great result. We received regular clear communication and recommendations. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We would recommend them highly.

Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

Adam will work very hard for you and will always get back to you when you have any questions as will Cheryl. We cannot fault their professionalism. We highly recommend these.

This was an emotional house move but all the staff handled it so sensitively. Although I mainly dealt with Julie who was great, I had dealings with most of the staff at one point or another and they are all wonderful. I have no hesitation in using them for your house sales or purchases. Five star!

Steve goes above and beyond what is expected and always ensures that things are kept moving by communicating well with all parties involved. A total professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending this estate agent.

The woman running it has had a property in Castleford for 8 weeks and she told us she hasnt had a single viewing because she couldnt be bothered to drive 2 hours for this listing. After 4 weeks of trying to contact her, which btw she never replies to emails, never answers the phone and never texts back, we managed to arrange a viewing. She cancelled the viewing the first time because she didnt want to do a saturday so again after calling several times over 2 weeks we managed to get a viewing for friday at 3pm. She then says shes not showing up because shes going to visit a friend!!! 17th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We found the staff friendly and professional, and the service was reasonably priced. Being a local agent their knowledge was very helpful. They dealt with all viewings without us needing to be present. Calls to their Penkridge office were diverted to their central office, which was slightly frustrating but hasn't detracted overall to our review rating.

27th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)I have been blown away by my experience with MP & K, I have been dealing with Charlotte, and she has been nothing short of absolutely fabulous. She booked us a last minute viewing, got our offer agreed within one phone call, none of the usual games and going back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble, she replies to emails very quickly and gets information asked for. Faultless experience, alot of other agents could take a pointer or two from this company!!
