Olivia, Tracey and Andrew were fantastic throughout the whole process — friendly, professional, responsive and always happy to chase things up and keep me informed.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful, but I always felt well supported and that the team genuinely cared about getting the sale through.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone, especially Olivia, Tracey and Andrew. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We changed to D B Roberts on the 23rd September 2026 and had an offer on the 21st October 2026, less than a month!!! They are so efficient, you can get them on the phone when needed which is rare these days. They keep you completely updated of what's going on, you don't have to chase them. We are so delighted that we put the house up for sale with them. I would 100% recommend them.

After being let down by multiple letting agencies and dealing with poor customer service, me and my wife were very grateful to come across Peter James Letting agency. Every interaction was super helpful, informative and they wasted no time whatsoever in making sure they would help us apply and figure out everything we needed to do to move in to our new rental.<br><br>High recommend anyone to go with this service, you will not regret it!

22nd Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)We placed our house on the marked with Worthingtons after trying to sell twice previously - both times we were unfortunate in our circumstances and our sales fell through. Feeling very deflated, we marketed with Worthingtons in a last ditch attempt to sell! The Rightmove pictures and listing were fantastic. We sold with Worthingtons in a couple of weeks and they did all of our viewings. Tina was brilliant at progressing the sale and keeping us informed throughout. A very effective local business who we would urge all local people to use if looking to sell in Bilbrook or Codsall. We appreciated the honesty and transparency of Helen and Tina as it is hard to come by in this field of work! A final shout out to Julie for being a lovely warm, kind-spirited and cheerful presence. Thank you for your hard work and perseverance. We would not hesitate to use Worthtingtons again and will be urging all friends and family to use them for property sales and purchases in the future! With us being first time buyers we were unsure about things and what was needed to be done and Claire talked us through everything we needed to do and explained anything we were unsure about. Thanks to her we are able to get the keys to our first home this week and we couldn’t be more grateful for all her help.
