From the outset, Gags took the time to explain everything in clear, straightforward terms, making what can often be a complicated process easy to understand. He carefully talked me through all the available options, including when and how to sell and provided a realistic and honest valuation of my property based on current market conditions. What really stood out was his professionalism, expertise and extensive knowledge of the property market. His wealth of experience was evident throughout our conversation and it was reassuring to know that he has strong connections within the wider industry. Gags was friendly, approachable, calm and genuinely listened to my circumstances. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt he was representing my interests as an individual and helping me make the right decision for my situation, rather than focusing on just selling. 12th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)I have spent months looking for properties to rent and came across Dixons, within a week we have been closer to getting into a property than I have dealing with any other agents first impression is that they won’t set you up to fail. I can only speak on the member of staff that dealt with me. Teyneil has been great she kept in contact with me throughout the process, maintained a good relationship and is very quick at her job. No complaints from me

11th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I have nothing but praise for this company, I am a tenant with them and they have always dealt with my queries or maintenance issues efficiently and swiftly Hana from the maintenance department has been working so hard trying to get an issue resolved for me I cannot thank her enough. From the start through the application process the staff have always been so helpful and friendly and from settling into my new home to my recent one year inspection I have felt supported throughout. Both inspections I have had the staff that came into my home made me feel very at ease and were professional and friendly. I am very glad I chose to rent through g n t properties and I would highly recommend them to any tenants looking to rent.
23rd May 2026 (28 days ago)We were due to move into a property managed through Genie Homes on 22 May 2026. The tenancy agreement had been signed and completed, and we had arranged our family move around that date. On the morning we were meant to move in, we were told by text message that the landlord had changed her mind and that we could no longer move into the property. This left us in an extremely difficult position as a family. Our home was packed, we had already made arrangements connected to the move, including our son’s school transport, and we were left trying to work out where we were going to live at very short notice. Our son has Down syndrome and significant additional needs, so the sudden uncertainty and disruption caused a huge amount of stress for us. Although some staff members tried to help afterwards, the overall handling of the situation felt very unprofessional and lacked proper accountability. We had to keep chasing for updates, requested calls from senior management that did not happen, and were left in limbo when we needed clear communication and practical support. They manage the property to a high standard and everything is communicated clearly and concise. We have used other companies before that have left us disappointed. But at Leighton Paul the staff are all friendly and very helpful.

The team, especially Paul and Jan, made me feel supported throughout the entire process always keeping me updated, answering every question, and going above and beyond what I expected. Their knowledge of the local market and dedication to excellent communication made buying/selling a property smooth, stress?free and genuinely enjoyable. After an initial meeting with Oliver Jones it was clear Slade property were the team we needed. Oliver was extremely professional throughout the selling process and it was clear he had a sound marketing plan to ensure a swift sale. His plans worked well and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Slade Property and just know that if you use them you will get a professional service at a reasonable cost with excellent communication throughout the selling process. A first class company.

From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great.
