He carefully talked me through all the available options, including when and how to sell and provided a realistic and honest valuation of my property based on current market conditions. What really stood out was his professionalism, expertise and extensive knowledge of the property market. His wealth of experience was evident throughout our conversation and it was reassuring to know that he has strong connections within the wider industry. Gags was friendly, approachable, calm and genuinely listened to my circumstances. At no point did I feel pressured. 12th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)I have spent months looking for properties to rent and came across Dixons, within a week we have been closer to getting into a property than I have dealing with any other agents first impression is that they won’t set you up to fail. I can only speak on the member of staff that dealt with me. Teyneil has been great she kept in contact with me throughout the process, maintained a good relationship and is very quick at her job. No complaints from me

Jodie looked after the sale towards the end and kept us up-to-date on progress. She was quick to respond to queries and was just generally very helpful. Thank you again for making the process as easy as you could, it made all the difference!

I predominantly spoke to Kelly who was so friendly and had excellent communication. If/when I next move I will definitely aim to go with Peter James again!

11th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I have nothing but praise for this company, I am a tenant with them and they have always dealt with my queries or maintenance issues efficiently and swiftly Hana from the maintenance department has been working so hard trying to get an issue resolved for me I cannot thank her enough. From the start through the application process the staff have always been so helpful and friendly and from settling into my new home to my recent one year inspection I have felt supported throughout. Both inspections I have had the staff that came into my home made me feel very at ease and were professional and friendly. I am very glad I chose to rent through g n t properties and I would highly recommend them to any tenants looking to rent.

They manage the property to a high standard and everything is communicated clearly and concise. We have used other companies before that have left us disappointed. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally at every step of the process! I even received a welcome pack when I collected my keys containing beer, pretzels, washing tablets, zoflora not to mention other other bits and bobs! Excellent experience!!!

After an initial meeting with Oliver Jones it was clear Slade property were the team we needed. Oliver was extremely professional throughout the selling process and it was clear he had a sound marketing plan to ensure a swift sale. His plans worked well and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Slade Property and just know that if you use them you will get a professional service at a reasonable cost with excellent communication throughout the selling process. A first class company.
