20th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Rude and unprofessional staff.<br>I did a viewing and the lady named Lauren came from this company and i have never met anyone this rude before. Just wasted my time and then when i emailed them about this matter, even the support staff is same, no response from them. I would recommend everyone to go for some other company to help you out with the renting the house, if you don’t want to waste your time.

Communication was excellent throughout the process, keeping us updated every step of the way and making what can often be a stressful experience much easier. Their knowledge, advice and proactive approach really stood out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for all your hard work!

7th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)The estate agents came out very quickly and valued the house for more than we thought. They had an open day and the house was STC for full market value. That was brilliant. The only down side was they told us approx 3 months till completion but it was exactly 5 and it was quite difficult at times to get our calls returned. . Overall, I was very pleased with them. They also reccomended a solicitors as well as we didn't know any.

7th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Before check out of a rental property, Belvoir said the living room needed repainting & the house should be professionally cleaned. I done both of these things & then after check out, they tried to charge nearly £2,000 for the whole house to be repainted. I negotiated for them to lower it to the deposit amount which they agreed as it was around £1,100. Shortly after I had mail go to my old address so I went to collect it. The new tenant confirmed the house had not been repainted.

I popped into the office for some advice and received a lovely warm welcome from everybody, Josh gave me some good honest advice about my home and showed a lot of professional knowledge about the local market. Shoutout to Jay, Bria and dave too! All are a real credit to the company, I will not hesitate to use them when I sell.
8th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Awful place for letting, I wouldn’t even consider buying a place from them.<br>They lie to you, and only show you the best part during viewing. I saw things I didn’t see during the viewing when I moved in. Wasn’t told the full information.<br><br>And when moving in, they failed to let the accommodation know I was moving in. And when problems occur in the building, they don’t do anything.<br>If you’re thinking of moving into Vox Living, DON’T

11th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I have always received a solid service from this Dixons, other estate agents in the area have made me feel like I'm just a number and the service has been consistently poor but Dixons I've had a few dealings with now have always been good.<br>Shout out to branch manager Darren, he hands down has been the best part of Dixons, he always gets stuff done and is honest in his approach, he clearly directs his staff well as most interactions I've had have been brilliant

13th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)The team at Bartlams were really helpful with us throughout the sale of our house, even when there were long delays in the process due to issues with the purchase of our new house. Jodie looked after the sale towards the end and kept us up-to-date on progress. She was quick to respond to queries and was just generally very helpful. Thank you again for making the process as easy as you could, it made all the difference!

24th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

With me in transition between two countries and not always having every document to hand, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful in finding solutions. She never made me feel a nuisance for being a "little more complicated", just patiently worked through every question with me, replying to emails promptly and meeting me at the flat twice without hesitation. I honestly couldn't have asked for better support. Thank you Herdip!!

12th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)We rented a 2 bedroom house in Solihull for nearly 3 years using this letting agency and from the get go of moving in we had non stop issues with mould and damp. We repeatedly reported the issue and would have someone come out and do odd jobs to ‘fix’ said problem but never actually resolved the cause. I told them on numerous occasions there was an underlying cause to be told there isn’t and it’s just ’tenant lifestyle’.<br><br>The last time of reporting the same issues, a few days later we then received a section 21 for us to vacate the property. (I was pregnant at the time and due a week before they wanted us out). We were told in writing over WhatsApp that the landlord wanted possession as they were selling the property.<br><br>During this time, the mould issue had been going on for so long that the council were concerned as we lived with our toddler and I was pregnant that they requested environmental health to come out and inspect the property. They then reported back to the agency with a list of issues that they finally had to fix, including the high amounts of moisture in the walls.<br><br>We have since moved out and the same house is now back up for rent for £200 more a month.<br><br>Avoid!- 26th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)We have used this company for managing the letting of our properties and we are extremely happy with the service. They manage the property to a high standard and everything is communicated clearly and concise. We have used other companies before that have left us disappointed. But at Leighton Paul the staff are all friendly and very helpful.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally at every step of the process! I even received a welcome pack when I collected my keys containing beer, pretzels, washing tablets, zoflora not to mention other other bits and bobs! Excellent experience!!!

I have bought 3 Hands off investments and had great experience rents paid on time & no headache as they promised me. I get amazing rents that I didn’t know were even possible. I have also used them for selling & they were fabulous ! Recommended the investments to my colleagues also who have had similar experiences. Opa are quite different to other agents. They love what they do and are very good at it. I would specifically like to thank Zara she is literally amazing. So knowledgeable, she always wants to help and protect you. She gives very honest advice that guy can 100% trust. Even if there’s a problem. Or a stress during the conveyancing she is there fighting for you and taking the stress away.
17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Selling a house can be stressful, but they were there every step of the way and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br>A big thank you to Ross and everyone in the office for all your hard work. We really appreciated your support and would have no hesitation recommending you to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.
