14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

9th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I've had a very lovely experience with Cluny's, lovely saff, very friendly & helpful with questions & issues. Fast replying to emails always happy to help however they can. My moving out process was a very pleasant one, i was given all the information i needed for leaving the property, everyone was very kind & helpful. Cluny's will be my first choice if i were to rent a property again.
