The estate agent who was managing my property had never viewed the property. In managing the viewings it was down to the owner to conduct the viewings or be charged for someone from Move8 to do it.

3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)(While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters. Consequently, I have incurred substantial financial losses due to the failure of Simpson & Marwick to deliver on their commitments.

18th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Remax was very impressive! I was moving myself my home and business to Scotland from England. So you can imagine it was a very stressfull and anxious time. I met an Estate agent from Remax. Gillian, a wonderfully warm mannered lady, who seemed dedicated to ensuring things ran as smoothly as possible. Gillian was very knowlegable about the property market, selling, buying in Scotland, I learnt so much from her, as Scotland is completley different to England. All my questions, anxieties and concerns were delt with swiftly, she displayed a great deal of kindness and understanding. A very dedicated estate agent!. Thankyou Remax for making my move stress free. And helping me to move with confidence. Kindest Charles H

13th Jul 2020 (5 years ago)Terrible company. They are not interested in entertaining inquiries, they have a backdoor of investors already in their books who are given the first chance to all properties. Waste of time if you are not part of their system. They do not want to know you!

From my very first contact with Ashleigh, I was so impressed by her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help. She made the initial stages of the process straightforward and stress-free. As the sale progressed, Amy took over and was equally exceptional. Her communication was excellent, she kept me informed at every stage, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Her dedication and support gave me complete confidence throughout the transaction and her knowledge and understanding of the selling market was second to none. I would also like to thank the Home Report surveyor and the photographer, both of whom carried out their work professionally and efficiently. The quality of the marketing materials and presentation of my property was first class. A special mention should also go to the team members who conducted the viewings. Their professionalism, feedback, and communication were excellent, ensuring I was kept fully informed and helping the whole process run smoothly. Her support and calm professional approach are invaluable. Our house was under offer within a week. We highly recommend her to anyone selling their house.
