Tasked with selling a property, we had numerous questions and concerns. Gary Allerton visited the house within a few days, guided us through every step of the property sales process and offered practical suggestions to make things easier for us. He helped us connect with local professionals for necessary repairs before listing and ensured everything met the conditions of sale. We were especially impressed by the prompt responses to our emails from Canada and the efficiency with which arrangements were made. The house listing and sales brochure were expertly prepared. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much
