Everything was handled in the most gentle, sensitive, and professional manner. We have always dealt with Teresa, who is so helpful, calm, and thorough. No question is ever too silly and believe me, we have asked plenty! We are incredibly grateful to have such a hands-on team who deal with everything to such a high standard. 9th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We got our house sold in the end but the guy who was given to us, didn’t do a good job, late to appointments, didn’t tell the truth about we were with buyers. Don’t think this guy works there now but it is the owners responsibility to see what was going on.
22nd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Booked a viewing for a property and was cancelled twice. Less than 24 hours before. With no rationale. When attempting to contact staff to speak about this, They were unable to give a response or contacted me
