21st Aug 2024 (1 year ago)The house we are selling was bought through Whitegates Cleckheaton and had found them very helpful , so when we put it up for sale we went back to the them. After 10 months and a variety of "problems" [being asked to conduct viewing ourselves, not getting constructive feedback etc] we reluctantly cancelled with them .

Mervyn remained calm and professional when he had to explain everything to me as not a normal house buying process.
