They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

10th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)I had a positive overall experience with this estate agent. The valuation they provided was accurate and gave me confidence in the pricing of my property. While there were times when it was a bit difficult to get hold of them, whenever I did manage to speak with them, they were consistently professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their approach was reassuring and they clearly have a good understanding of the market. Despite the occasional communication delays, I would still recommend them based on their expertise and professionalism.

Not for six months marketing. Shocking tactics, to then tell you that the marketing is buried deep in the terms and conditions. 14th May 2025 (1 year ago)The local agent set up the agreed selling price incorrectly on the web and with Rightmove. He also set up our address incorrectly. The Purplebricks Account Manager said sold the photos of my house very poor so I would have to write to the Complaints Dept. Their reply - unbelievable - was we will give you £75 in compensation but you will have to pay an additional £99 to have the house re photographed! It took 8 weeks to erect a "sales board" I wrote a letter to the MD but had no reply! I wrote again and had a member of staff reply! I was told that the MD NEVER communicated with a customer! They achieved just one viewing in 5 months. They are a shambles compared to when the sold my previous house 5 years ago
