17th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)I have been using Hunters (GPM) for over 20 years, both for lettings and sales. All the staff, Gary, Lynn, Steve and Sam are easy to deal with and are very approachable. I would not use any other agent in Little Sutton. I would fully recommend using them for both lettings and sales.

19th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.

Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion. Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates. Highly recommend from a buyers perspective.

All aspects of the sale from valuation to completion were faultless. Communication is easy, updates accurate and timely so we would have no qualms about giving Jaks 5?

15th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Made an appointment to view a listed property with Fifty North West. They then accepted an offer prior to our viewing, without even having the courtesy to inform us. Very unprofessional, considering we are cash buyers, completed our own property sale and living in temporary accommodation. When questioned, they offered no apology and proceeded to try and sell us a more expensive property.
