They were interested in us and the property and worked with us to find the best way to market our property. We would definitely recommend Fisher German and shall certainly use them again in the future if there is a need, they definitely go above and beyond!

7th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)I have dealt with many Estate Agents but Jones Peckover has proven to be the best I have dealt with. The communication was outstanding, was always kept up to date by either phone or email. There have been some staff changes over the last couple of years in Denbigh, but I do have to say the Abergele Manger was outstanding, friendly, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would definitely recommend Jones peckover after the service I received.

It was quite daunting as we were first time buyers but Nicola was so lovely, she knew exactly what we wanted and would recommend other properties she thought we would like . We were always kept up to date and had such an amazing experience buying our first house. Would definitely recommend :)

From the first meeting with Paul to an offer, negotiation and acceptance, the team at Hunters, particularly Nicole, were helpful and patient. They updated us on progress weekly and Nicole was always available to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend.

5th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)I have recently used Bolton Birch for renegotiating a contactual five yearly rent review. From the moment I called I was welcomed, spoken to in a professional manner and was able to speak with someone regarding my matter immediately. Mr Jonty Goodchild was able to quickly understand my requirements and establish the next steps that needed to be undertaken. He was clear in the information he required and communicated with me in a clear and timely manner throughout the process. It was clear from the outset that Mr Goodchild was an experienced chartered surveyor with experience in the field. He had a good understanding of the local market, and thus was able to give be measured, sage advice with regards to the likely rental uplift. I would highly recommend Bolton Birch, particularly Mr Goodchild, to anyone who needs a chartered surveyor and have already recommended the firm to my own family!

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
