No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

Market evaluation was excellent and the advice given to me was straightforward and practical and of great use in deciding the selling price and very reassuring to benefit from all their long experience of marketing properties in my area. My home was advertised beautifully with excellent pictures and a great video. I had 10 viewings arranged by their lovely staff in the first week of my property going on the market back in January and it was sold STC within 4 days. They also gave the most competitive fees of the estate agents I contacted. I was kept informed throughout and they would be my first choice should I need to market a property again. We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.

21st May 2026 (19 days ago)?Very disappointing experience with EweMove. ?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant. ?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused. ?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

The photos taken of the house for the sale were excellent and the house sold quickly. Queries were dealt with quickly and they communicated with all the various parties involved making sure the process went as smoothly as possible.
