She kept us informed at all times and liaised with the buyers to ensure the sale of our home progressed smoothly and as swiftly as possible. Any queries we had were dealt with immediately. After experiencing the heartbreak of an aborted sale, I was highly anxious, but Scott and Lauren handled the entire rollercoaster ride to final completion with unmatched professionalism.What truly set them apart was their communication. I received daily updates, meaning I was never left wondering what was happening. They patiently listened to and tolerated my frustrations during the toughest moments, always responding with calm, expert guidance. The sense of relief I felt knowing they were in my corner was immense. I cannot recommend them highly enough—they are truly the best pick.

Their success rates in the local area really do speak for themselves, and our experience showed us exactly why.<br><br>Gareth was fantastic from the outset. He carried out our valuation, talked us through the whole process, and timed our house going on the market perfectly. He also made sure it was presented in the best possible way. On top of that, he managed to get us in to view a property just before it officially went live – and that turned out to be our dream home. We completed and moved in yesterday!<br><br>A huge thank you also to Emily, who was brilliant on completion day, helping coordinate both our sale and purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble, despite all of our anxious phone calls asking for updates and reassurance throughout the process.<br><br>Thank you to Gareth, Emily, and the whole Reades team for making what could have been a very stressful experience as smooth as possible. 22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

She truly listened to what I needed and kept me updated constantly so I never felt left in the dark. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

From start to finish, the whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>A special thank you to Amir and Charlotte, who truly went above and beyond. We experienced several issues with our solicitors, which made the sale far more stressful than it needed to be. Amir and Charlotte were always on hand to chase things up, keep us informed, and offer reassurance whenever we needed it. Their dedication, persistence, and willingness to step in and help made a huge difference and kept everything moving forward.<br><br>Their communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work and support, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I was extremely disappointed with the service I received throughout the sale of my property. One of my biggest concerns was that the buyer's position was not properly checked at the outset. It later became apparent that there was an additional property chain that had not been identified, which caused significant delays to the sale. As a direct result of these delays, I incurred additional costs that could potentially have been avoided with more thorough due diligence. I also found the agency to be reactive rather than proactive. There appeared to be very little effort made to actively market my property or seek out additional potential buyers, even when the sale encountered difficulties. Communication was limited, and I often felt that I was the one chasing updates rather than being kept informed. Overall, I felt that the agency did the bare minimum required to progress the sale. I expected professional guidance, proactive management of the sales process, and proper vetting of buyers, but unfortunately my experience fell well short of those expectations. I cannot recommend this estate agent based on my experience.

Grace was excellent keeping me in the loop about the property and was able to answer all questions and queries. My little boy came along with me to the viewings and Grace was absolutely fantastic in including him. Theo says thank you! I would also like to thank Ross for his help during the process.<br>Would recommend Pinewood to purchase a house off!
