They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

Emily kept us up to date with all the ongoing proceedings and the process from initial valuation to marketing and completion went without a hitch. Well deserved 5 stars.

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a viewing booked with Platinum Indepentend, but when we arrived at the property, we were told it had already been let. This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of our time.<br><br>We were told that they had “tried” to contact us, but neither I nor my partner received any phone calls, voicemails, or messages. The viewing had been arranged via email, so if they were unable to reach us by phone, they could have easily emailed us to let us know before we made the journey.<br><br>A simple message would have saved us an unnecessary trip. Very poor communication and no respect for other people’s time.

22nd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

5th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Margaret & George are great to deal with .We had a long drawn out experience but more the buyers solicitors dragging things along ,not the estate agent .Also the 1st accepted offer on our property fell through .The government need to look at how this is allowed ,costing sellers a lot of wasted money & time .<br>Margaret has been great from start to finish .Always responding to calls & emails .<br>Thank you Molyneux Wrexham ,we got there in the end !!

She organised excellent photos, put videos on social media and updated the listing periodically to keep it fresh. Her feedback was excellent and prompt and she did her best to get feedback after viewings and then followed up to see if any viewing might lead to a purchase.- 10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Kate went above and beyond on a number of occasions to help make sure that the sale went through. Incredibly helpful and great to deal with.
