Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

The service was a lot better and the team were very proactive, honest and kept me well informed which in this industry is rare! I would definitely use them again.

The sales progressor Matthew was great at keeping us informed and getting up to date information on the move down to the bottom of the chain. Great service all round.

I wouldn’t use the again but the employees are approachable and kind. I just needed a stronger, more orofessional and experienced representation.

Sophie was amazing, she offered us some great advice and made sure the process ran soomthly throughout. I would 100% reccomend Keystone for your buying needs. They were all so lovely but a big shout out to Sophie who got us into our first home so quick!

Being able to WhatsApp / keep in contact out of normal hours was a real help. Emma kept us updated at each stage and even went above and beyond. 17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)They advertised the address of the property including house number, which is very unusual and we didnt want. It prompted someone who wanted to buy some our furniture to turn up at the door. They promise to get to your house early to ensure the house is warm enough and will bring props if needed - this hasnt happend. They don't appear to do accompanied viewings at a weekend. One of their staff told us that they didnt think a couple viewing could afford our house as they were too young - a mistake, and a bad attitude.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Selling my home with New Adventure Homes was beyond smoother than I expected and Amir and Charlotte were fantastic to deal with from day 1. They were quick to come out and value, get it on the market and to get in touch with any questions, viewings, feedback etc. Communication never dropped off - like I’ve had in the past with other agents. I was in the loop the entire time and you could see they genuinely cared about the service that you recieved from them. I have recommended them to friends and family already and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else!

From start to finish Nicky was exceptional, the service she provided was prompt and efficient and she communicated and kept us informed at every stage. We both regret not selling our property with them. The service felt personal and caring in what can be a stressful situation. Dealing with the same person/people throughout also really helped and you don’t get this service from larger estate agents. Myself and my husband would highly recommend Nicky and her extensive property experience.
