19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

She kept us informed at all times and liaised with the buyers to ensure the sale of our home progressed smoothly and as swiftly as possible. Any queries we had were dealt with immediately. We would definitely recommend Cavendish to buy or sell your property.

After experiencing the heartbreak of an aborted sale, I was highly anxious, but Scott and Lauren handled the entire rollercoaster ride to final completion with unmatched professionalism.What truly set them apart was their communication. I received daily updates, meaning I was never left wondering what was happening. They patiently listened to and tolerated my frustrations during the toughest moments, always responding with calm, expert guidance. The sense of relief I felt knowing they were in my corner was immense. I cannot recommend them highly enough—they are truly the best pick.

She was incredibly proactive, always available to answer my countless questions, and provided invaluable support every step of the way, from the initial viewing to the final paperwork. She truly listened to what I needed and kept me updated constantly so I never felt left in the dark. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. 17th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
13th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)I was extremely disappointed with the service I received throughout the sale of my property. One of my biggest concerns was that the buyer's position was not properly checked at the outset. It later became apparent that there was an additional property chain that had not been identified, which caused significant delays to the sale. As a direct result of these delays, I incurred additional costs that could potentially have been avoided with more thorough due diligence. I also found the agency to be reactive rather than proactive. There appeared to be very little effort made to actively market my property or seek out additional potential buyers, even when the sale encountered difficulties. Communication was limited, and I often felt that I was the one chasing updates rather than being kept informed. Overall, I felt that the agency did the bare minimum required to progress the sale. I expected professional guidance, proactive management of the sales process, and proper vetting of buyers, but unfortunately my experience fell well short of those expectations. I cannot recommend this estate agent based on my experience.
1st Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Dwell lettings (formerly Urban Let) have managed the letting of our 3 bedroomed property for a number of years now. Over this period, we have had several different tenants and faced numerous issues from boiler breakdowns to dealing with overgrown gardens. Linda Patino has dealt with transitions from old to new tenants seamlessly, and offered sound advice and recommendations in the process. Her experience and eagerness to help has been invaluable to us. Keeping us informed of issues during these short term tenancies has been a key hallmark to the service she provides and we have always felt reassured that our best interests have been upheld in all matters relating to the Let. The Dwell team are all friendly and willing to assist, so we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Grace was excellent keeping me in the loop about the property and was able to answer all questions and queries. My little boy came along with me to the viewings and Grace was absolutely fantastic in including him. Theo says thank you!
