19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

29th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Simon highly enough as a property manager. Throughout my tenancy, he was consistently professional and incredibly responsive. The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.

They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

17th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

1st Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Dwell lettings (formerly Urban Let) have managed the letting of our 3 bedroomed property for a number of years now. Over this period, we have had several different tenants and faced numerous issues from boiler breakdowns to dealing with overgrown gardens. Linda Patino has dealt with transitions from old to new tenants seamlessly, and offered sound advice and recommendations in the process. Her experience and eagerness to help has been invaluable to us. Keeping us informed of issues during these short term tenancies has been a key hallmark to the service she provides and we have always felt reassured that our best interests have been upheld in all matters relating to the Let. The Dwell team are all friendly and willing to assist, so we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Grace was excellent keeping me in the loop about the property and was able to answer all questions and queries. The team was professional, responsive, and helpful in keeping communication flowing throughout the process. They did a good job progressing matters and arranging the practical aspects of the purchase efficiently. They were particularly helpful at the 11th hour when a number of issues arose and they liaised with the vendor and solved the issues quickly. While it was naturally clear they were acting on behalf of the sellers, we appreciated their support and assistance in helping the transaction reach completion smoothly.
