Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.

They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

17th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Moved over to Reid & Roberts after having no luck selling for about 10 months and got a decent offer within a few weeks, probably coincidence but a good result. The service was a lot better and the team were very proactive, honest and kept me well informed which in this industry is rare! I would definitely use them again.

22nd May 2026 (22 days ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

They sold our house in just 6 days, and we had an offer accepted on our new home within the same week. Even more impressively, a chain involving four properties was fully completed within just 12 weeks, which is almost unheard of in today's market. Their professionalism, communication, and social media presence are second to none. What really sets them apart is how proactive they are. Market evaluation was excellent and the advice given to me was straightforward and practical and of great use in deciding the selling price and very reassuring to benefit from all their long experience of marketing properties in my area. My home was advertised beautifully with excellent pictures and a great video. I had 10 viewings arranged by their lovely staff in the first week of my property going on the market back in January and it was sold STC within 4 days. They also gave the most competitive fees of the estate agents I contacted. I was kept informed throughout and they would be my first choice should I need to market a property again. 19th May 2026 (25 days ago)They go the extra mile……….to keep all of your deposit! Rented a house in Saltney through this company. Filthy condition. Pre agreed cleaning and waste removal was never carried out as requested when property viewed, Dwell seemed to think by putting a paper seal on the loo seat the whole property was “professionally cleaned”. Storage cupboard under the stairs was unusable due to moisture and mess. Kitchen was dusty and top of fridge looked like a health hazard. Confirmed our premonition (during the winter months) that most of the window seals were blown and letting in cold air. This was never addressed even though repair was agreed by Dwell in September before the weather turned cold. Lasted 6 months before having to move out due to illness caused by living in this squalid place, and to top it off, this company kept the deposit, so avoid at all costs if you’re renting. We gave 6 weeks’ notice that we wanted to leave (as we refused to be contractually trapped paying rent for this substandard property). We moved out early to accommodate them and allow Sam to remarket the property (and complete my suggested repair work, although I believe this would have been ignored). The head of property has still taken all of our security deposit, so be very careful when dealing with Dwell, Chester, especially if you are renting. I would like to add some other members of their team were very friendly and helpful (Sam, Luke and the maintenance engineers). Unfortunately, the money grabbing management seem to drag this company down with their attitude towards customers (aka tenants), they seem to just view people as stupid, because they are only able to rent properties and not able to buy. Be warned this letting agent provided the DPS with a signed ‘Check In’ report, I never signed this as I moved in several weeks after renting the property. Therefore, it is highly likely that they fraudulently use your electronic signature from the contract for other documents to suit their needs to keep all your deposit.

14th May 2026 (30 days ago)We recently sold our house through Newsomes. We would definitely recommend them. Their service was first class. the staff are all friendly , professional and efficient. The photos taken of the house for the sale were excellent and the house sold quickly. Queries were dealt with quickly and they communicated with all the various parties involved making sure the process went as smoothly as possible.
