10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful at every stage of the process. Both Michaela & Sophie consistently worked on our behalf to keep things moving, provide updates and resolve issues quickly. They made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. We would happily recommend them to anyone selling their home.

13th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Initial contact was excellent and I received everything but my sister didn’t get any notifications through her email, which is Wht we both understood was going to happen. Apart from that I’ve been very happy with the service so far.
22nd May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

We spent years trying to buy our first home, facing all the usual challenges: finances, finding the right size property, and securing the perfect location. We always believed that when we found the right house, we would just know. Many agents didn't understand that, but Rich did. From the day we met Rich and viewed our first property with Berry & George, we knew we had found the one. Rich understood exactly what we were looking for and supported us every step of the way. From day one through to well after we moved in, Rich was exceptional. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The whole team worked incredibly hard on our behalf, and we are still happily settled in the home we love today.
