10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

From our first phone call with Lesley - she was honest and up front and sorted us a viewing over the festive period really quickly! Our initial viewing with Alex was brilliant. He was very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. We were then able to make multiple visits easily and every time felt very comfortable. Communication was great. We have been looking for a home for nearly a year so thank you!- 22nd May 2026 (22 days ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

They sold our house in just 6 days, and we had an offer accepted on our new home within the same week. Even more impressively, a chain involving four properties was fully completed within just 12 weeks, which is almost unheard of in today's market. Their professionalism, communication, and social media presence are second to none. What really sets them apart is how proactive they are. They don't just sit back and wait for things to happen—they actively push everything forward, working closely with solicitors and keeping everyone updated. Their WhatsApp group updates were invaluable and helped keep what could have been a very stressful process as smooth and worry-free as possible. The support didn't stop once the house was sold. Market evaluation was excellent and the advice given to me was straightforward and practical and of great use in deciding the selling price and very reassuring to benefit from all their long experience of marketing properties in my area. My home was advertised beautifully with excellent pictures and a great video. I had 10 viewings arranged by their lovely staff in the first week of my property going on the market back in January and it was sold STC within 4 days. They also gave the most competitive fees of the estate agents I contacted. I was kept informed throughout and they would be my first choice should I need to market a property again. 16th May 2022 (4 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

The photos taken of the house for the sale were excellent and the house sold quickly. Queries were dealt with quickly and they communicated with all the various parties involved making sure the process went as smoothly as possible.
