3rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I have found Cadley Caldwell staff very helpful and friendly. They always keep us informed of viewings and are willing to answer queries and discuss options. Their advice re sale price was much more realistic than other agents.
11th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)I haven’t been able to sell my house with them. Communication was poor I had viewings made without my knowledge and feedback was slow.

25th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Roger was very fair and reasonable to deal with, was considerate to our wishes and did not pressure us at any stage of the process. The only slightly disappointing aspect of the marketing was the photos, as we thought some were a bit too bright.

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!
