10th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.
21st May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

Helen made the whole process effortless, nothing was ever too much trouble, questions were answered quickly, and she facilitated numerous viewings for us without ever making us feel like an inconvenience.<br><br>It has been a genuine pleasure doing business with Bagshaws, and Helen is a true unicorn amongst the majority of, frankly, abysmal estate agents we’ve come across!<br><br>Professional, friendly, responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. 26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Homemove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

12th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)It's often said that moving home is a traumatic experience and I can't argue with that. All one can do is try to mitigate the stress which comes mainly from the sale of property. Key to this is recruiting an agent that is honest, realistic and helpful, a company that understands the need to plan and will give you an assessment of your property and situation that enables you to do just that.<br>Bagshaws Ashbourne branch did so for me, which resulted in a prompt sale. Inevitably, problems did arise but they were resolved in a professional manner. Their local knowledge and communication skills proved invaluable and resulted in a transaction that satisfied the parties involved.<br>I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering either buying or selling a property.

25th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Roger was very fair and reasonable to deal with, was considerate to our wishes and did not pressure us at any stage of the process. The only slightly disappointing aspect of the marketing was the photos, as we thought some were a bit too bright.
27th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
