We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.... Read more
