23rd Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Chris and Emma at Savills Exeter have been great to deal with during our recent home relocation. They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.
3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Like most people, I share a general disappointment from poor experience from estate agents in the past in communication and efficiency...however, Sims Williams proved us wrong and provided an excellent service from start to finish in both sales and sale pogression. Louise kept us up to date on a regualr basis with regards to the chain and was proactive throughout the process. Thank you Sims Williams.

Allways there, always communicating, having a vast knowledge of the area, building a deep trusting relationship from the start. I can't thank her enough. The entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Communication was always clear, and any questions or concerns I had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. A special mention goes to Harry, who was outstanding throughout. Harry was knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made a real difference, and I always felt well-informed and supported every step of the way. Throughout the whole process the Team at East of Exe, Jo, Tilly and Matt have supported us. Professional, knowledgeable,calm and efficient, we cannot recommend them highly enough.
13th May 2022 (4 years ago)I first met Brett a couple of years ago when looking into the student market. I didn't do anything at that time. It was a pleasure to meet Brett again in July 2021 when viewing another property, and subsequently other properties. Brett is generous with his time, doesn't rush you, and tells you the facts as he sees them. I feel he gives his views and advice in a very straightforward manner which is what you want as a buyer or a seller. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brett for his professionalism, friendliness and someone to go to for advice. I have now met the Lettings side of Star and found them extremely helpful as well.
22nd Mar 2023 (3 years ago)I had a very, very disappointing experience with Star Lettings back in the summer of 2021 – I'd been served with a section 21”no fault eviction” due to an issue with mold in the bathroom floor (which it transpired was caused by a “long term leak under the bath”) I still owe money to southwest water because of this. I'd reported the issue with the moldy bathroom floor to Star Lettings some two years previously. This notice to vacate was on hold throughout lock down due to Government legislation but didn't do much for my peace of mind. In my experience it seemed that the landlord always came first and I lost half my deposit even when I'd cleaned the house as requested though it was difficult given the underlying mold issue that should have been addressed when I raised two years previously. I was also told that the flat would be completely renovated as the landlord planned to turn the place into an AirB&B (which I believe has happened) so I left the place completely empty with a clean up as best as I could (thinking I wouldn't overly invest too much time in it, given the renovation would be going ahead anyway) After moving I contacted Star Lettings about my deposit but Star Lettings tried to withhold my entire deposit, in the end I managed to get back half of this, but not without a struggle. I needed the money as it certainly wasn't easy finding a new flat immediately post lock down

He has been professional and fantastic in communication throughout our house buying and selling process. Callum and his team exceeded our expectations by managing to sell our home as soon as it went into their hands! It has been a smooth process and Callum has reassured and provided guidance at each step we progressed. No phone call felt rushed and the team were always kind. We would thoroughly recommend this estate agent for your selling needs.

They are genuinely happy to be able to help. We bought a house through Fulfords a while back and Sean and the team have been part of the story ever since. The aftercare provided has been brilliant. Our relationship continues long after we got the keys. We have had a little property related issue that we needed some help with. I walked into the office a bit worried. Sean saw my face and smiled when he saw me, sat me down and offered me a cup of tea. He then listened carefully to the problem, and even though it was nothing to do with him, he smiled again and said ‘leave that with me.’ I walked out reassured and smiling. A few hours later Sean phoned me and said, ‘it’s all sorted.’ ???? The on going relationship we have with Sean, his team and the company as a whole is such a nice one, it feels like I’ve made a friend.????
