30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fulford's in Exeter lied to me by assuring me that the flat above me had an elderly couple living in it. Turned out it's a students rental during term time, and a short let the rest of the year (at least 3 different lets) . The in and out movement is non stop. Never knowing what kind of tenant it's going to be. I still curse Fulford's every time a new letting period begins.

Luckily for me, Suzanne and Steve tried all their best, patience and professional to push for a better result until completion of my property. From the day the sale of my property was agreed with the buyer, Suzanne was on the case always keeping me updated with both our solicitors and the buyers solicitors. Whilst the process took very longer than expected she acted very patiently and I would say Suzanne an asset to Robert Williams Estate Agents. The sales team at Robert Williams are definitely very knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you! Highly recommend!

In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.

Every step of the way I have found them to be professional and wonderful people to work with. If you have a property you'd like to let then do give her a call.<br><br>And when I came to sell my flat, the sales team - Andy & Mark - came over the hill like the cavalry, expertly selling the property in under 4 weeks during one of the toughest periods the UK has suffered in the property market. They have now acted as selling agents, this took a bit longer than anticipated but Southgate agents have kept us informed and been helpful during the whole process.

Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
