I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.

2nd Sep 2026 (23 days ago)Never answer the phone, rang constantly for 3 days. No answer machine. When I finally got through, was told that the house I was interested in was rented out a week ago - Why is it still online then? Useless.
17th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Great company to deal with and always very helpful.<br><br>We mainly deal with Mike, who is excellent at organising everything around end-of-tenancy works and making sure things are sorted quickly and efficiently.<br><br>James in the office is also always really helpful whenever we need assistance with keys, access or any small issues that come up.<br><br>A really friendly, organised and professional team.
1st Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. Staff who were particularly worthy of mention were Florence, Rachael and Sandi who were very patient and helpful during what has been a challenging and time consuming sale.

The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. They listened to what we needed (we have unique circumstances and needed a property that was wheelchair accessible and would grow with us as a family). They identified a property, facilitated online and in person viewings and answered all of our queries. As with most house purchases, something stressful crops up last minute - and they dealt with it seamlessly! The entire team are brilliant, often working unsociable hours to make sure their clients are happy. We have bought our dream first home and couldn’t have done this without their help.
