They are professional, responsive and proactive which all resulted in as little stress as is possible throughout the buying and selling process. Highly recommend.

The process was very smooth from start to finish, especially impressive given a challenged trading environment and interest rate uncertainty. We achieved our target price with a very harmonious closing process. I think both the Buyer and Seller should equally feel good about the transaction, facilitated in no small part due to Savills Exeter. Of particular note was Chris Clifford's professionalism and exceptional communication skills that went above and beyond - a great comfort to my wife and me. Recommended.

4th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Cooksleys have been great when selling our 2 bedroom end of terrace house. Our agent Jaz came round and took pictures and the house was on the market within 24 hours. We got a weekly report about statistics from Rightmove, and Jaz kept us up to date about interest and potential viewings. We accepted an offer within a week of it being listed. Mary was exceptionally helpful towards the end of the process when nearing exchange and completion, and I'd like to thank her for her determination and updates. I really don't think it would have happened when it did without her. Thank you.
8th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Offer to buy a house was accepted and it was up to our surveyors to highlight a Grade 2 listing. Whilst Knight Frank ‘empathise’ we are at considerable out of pocket expense. Property now correctly advertised as listed and whatever the background of who claims what, the agent is expected to have carried out due diligence to confirm facts of what they are marketing. Knight Frank Exeter blame their customer and empathise with potential buyer where legislation states an agent must disclose all information before costs related to surveying or conveying are undertaken. However, this shoddy outfit shirk all responsibility; what a reflection of where we are in todays world. Referring to ombudsman as customer service are running on pastoral ‘empathy’ rather than address a problem where potential buyers remain considerably out of pocket. Our contract was with Knight Frank and their codes of ethics and standards where due diligence is the foundation. The Exeter office has failed miserably to address their duty of professional responsibility. Buyers (and sellers) beware! (investigation response was that "we didn't know, not out fault") With a pending county court claim all is resolved!
3rd Apr 2024 (20 days ago)We used Fraser and Wheeler in Dawlish to sell both our homes prior to moving in together and we have been extremely pleased with the service they have offered right from the first contact with Ben. My partners home sold less than 24 hours after going on the market and mine was sold a few days later. Communication has been superb and I have spoken with all of the staff in Dawlish over the past few weeks. My partners house has completed already in less than 3 months and I hope to be in a position to exchange contracts on mine in the next few days. So if you are contemplating selling your home and you want a fair and realistic valuation and a smooth journey through the complexities of the housing market can’t go wrong with Fraser and Wheeler. Big thanks to all the team in the Dawlish office

A massive shout out to the manager Vicky and the agent Paul for being there for me. I would recommend these folk to anyone looking for a new home, particularly if you are going through trying times like myself.
