19th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

I'd initially enquired about selling with a bigger chain estate agent who couldn't have been less interested and kept failing to return my calls. GetAgent had great reviews for Bellus Property so I turned to them and have had a great experience.
