Jonathan was readily contactable throughout the entire process and his advice/guidance was incredibly valuable. I would have no hesitation of using them again should I decide to sell in future.

Richard came out to value our house and explained everything clearly so we could understand the process. Zoe could not have been anymore helpful, keeping me updated with the viewings and answering any questions I had. Janice and Ben were also so helpful with booking in the viewings and making sure it was suitable for me! I also recommend David, their mortgage advisor, he has kept me sane the whole process of the mortgage. He explained everything in detail. I cannot thank all the team enough for the help and effort they have put in to selling my home and get our mortgage in process for our next property. Nothing is a bother to any of them and they are always on the ball! Thanks so much again to everyone at slater Hogg dennistoun.

18th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)I used the Kirkintilloch branch of Country Wide for a tricky sale. Leslie was brilliant, she kept me fully informed and rang regularly to update. After a nearby fire, they went straight out without a request to check that the property was undamaged. Would recommend.

However, the team at Igloo Hamilton made it much easier than I expected. Kevin in particular managed my multiple enquiries, my frequent phone calls so expertly. They're truly a professional team, and I heartily recommend them.

From our initial enquiry about letting our property, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and thorough due diligence in securing suitable tenants. Ongoing support has been excellent, with all queries handled promptly and efficiently. We look forward to continuing our business relationship with them.

Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours! Would not hesitate to recommend them.

5th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

Dario communicated regularly with us throughout the whole process of the advertising and the sale, was at the other end of the phone anytime we had any concerns or questions to reassure both myself and my partner. House moves can be a really stressful time for all concerned, however Unicorn Homes took that monkey off our back and made it seem seamless! Highly recommended 10/10

They marketed our property professionally, kept us well informed throughout, and handled negotiations smoothly. The whole process felt well managed and far less stressful than we expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
4th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We initially did not intend to leave a negative review and wanted to let the matter lie. However, the agency’s consistently defensive and unapologetic responses, followed by a complete failure to respond at all, forced our hand. We instructed the agency to carry out a deep clean and remedial works before any viewings took place. Despite clear instructions, the cleaning was delayed over a month and the remedial works took almost two months to complete. During this time we had to repeatedly chase progress, wasting significant time and energy and incurring unnecessary financial cost due to extended vacancy. Communication focused on justifying decisions rather than following explicit client instructions. Ownership was avoided throughout, and when concerns were raised, the response became defensive rather than constructive. While the work was eventually completed, the overall service fell well below what should be expected from a professional property management agency. We would not recommend them to landlords who value timely execution, clear communication, and accountability.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

9th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)At Bohome, Gary, Sharon and the team have a very personal way of dealing with you, more like another member of their team than a customer. The photographer used is also superb and the pictures/video came out really well. Friendly, helpful and informed they explained everything well. They demonstrated open communication with both me as a seller and my buyers. Their use of social media was really helpful in the advertising process. My house sold very quickly, within a few days of being on the market. I would 100% recommend Bohome to support the sale of your house. I will use them again if I decide to move again. Helen, Hamilton

His approach is entirely customer-focused, and his level of service goes far beyond what most agents deliver. He recently sold a family property that was deeply sentimental to me, and the care he showed throughout the process was exceptional. Scott personally handled everything from selecting the photos and writing the listing content to conducting every viewing himself. The result was a sale handled with real understanding, tact and professionalism. From his first valuation and market guidance to achieving nearly 10% over the Home Report value, every part of his work was first class. Scott is a pleasure to work with, outstanding at what he does, and my go-to estate agent in Scotland. I’d recommend him without hesitation.
