No jargon or tech talk, just real people who are always happy to help, at the other end of a phone or inbox.<br>All to often you can get spoken at and you are meant to understand what’s happening, not with Austin Beck, professional and understanding every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend enough ??????????

We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the initial call with Robyn (so kind and sensitive to the situation), to the valuation with Mark and the ongoing support from Lesley, everyone was amazing. You made a tough time so much easier - can't thank you enough.
28th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Absolutely fantastic experience with Igloo from start to finish. We needed to get our house on the market very quickly after finding a property we loved, and the whole team couldn't have been more helpful or efficient.<br>Everything moved incredibly fast, from Alan doing our valuation, arranging the Home Report and photographs to getting the property live and viewings booked almost immediately. Communication throughout was excellent and Ray always kept me up to date and well advised.<br>We had a huge amount of interest within the first few days, received multiple offers and ultimately went to a closing date with six offers on the table, achieving a fantastic result well above our Home Report value. It was mainly this position that helped us secure our onward purchase.<br>What particularly stood out was how approachable and supportive everyone was throughout what could have been a very stressful process. They were always happy to answer questions, give advice and help us work through the different offers and buyers so we could choose the right one for our circumstances rather than simply focusing on the highest figure.<br>We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our home and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Igloo. Thank you so much to the whole team!
3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)This company’s signage is literally a red flag.<br><br>Take note - and if you know what’s good for you - run.<br><br>If you’re a prospective tenant, don’t just take my advice… read the pages and pages of reviews of this company from other people who have been put through hell by these people.<br><br>Junior lettings staff - who was given the responsibility by her management when she was 5 minutes in the door with zero experience to remotely manage a full electrical rewire of the flat I was due to move into, at the tail end of Covid. The electrics were malfunctioning, the walls were destroyed, the carpets were destroyed and every other general maintenance issue that was supposed to be taken care of before I moved in, she failed on. Then she went of a campaign of emotional manipulation in an attempt to wear me out when I was trying to have her take responsibility, admit fault and fix the damage. She didn’t admit fault. She didn’t apologise. She didn’t fix anything.<br><br>I fixed everything myself - walls, floors, kitchen units, fireplace. I spent thousands of pounds doing so.<br><br>I should also add that the flat was on the market with no valid electric safety certificate and only after it was advertised, had people view, and a deposit paid and a let agreed did this junior notice that the EICR certificate (and others) had expired.<br><br>Not only was there no proper due diligence on my move in, there was no proper due diligence when the previous tenants moved out.<br><br>Sloppy, at best.<br><br>Director of Property Management-. This vile excuse for a woman took no responsibility, never apologised, never picked up the phone, never fixed anything and threatened my tenancy.<br><br>head of customer service - this vile excuse for a man - never picked up the phone, mishandled my formal complaint, took absolutely no responsibility for the problems they had created, admitted no fault, harassed me in the process, never resolved anything, and gave me no option but to seek compensation via a tribunal.<br><br>The case had so many items to be heard that it took 3 hearing, over 2 years.<br><br>As soon as the case was over, DJ Alexander sent me a notice to leave - citing that the landlord wanted to move a family member in.<br><br>This was a lie. The flat was back on the market less than 4 weeks after I moved out, with one of their red flags in the front garden.<br><br>For those who have read this far - also take note that they have a boiler plate response on negative google reviews suggesting that we reach out to customer service with our complaints - trying to look like they care.<br><br>4 years of my life absolutely ruined by people who’s egos will not allow them so just say, sorry - I was wrong - let’s fix things.

Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

8th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I recently had a disappointing experience with this estate agency.<br><br>I placed an offer on a property through my solicitor, but I received no acknowledgement from the estate agency that my offer had been received.<br><br>Following my review on Facebook, the estate agent contacted me to explain what had happened and acknowledged that there had been some failings. I appreciated them taking the time to discuss the matter and agreed that my original review had been somewhat harsh. I said I would amend the review accordingly.<br><br>Unfortunately, I have since been blocked from the Facebook page, meaning I am unable to edit the original review.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would still have some reservations about using this estate agent, particularly regarding communication. However, I do appreciate that they took the time to contact me and address my concerns.<br><br>Update - Also disappointed with slightly condescending ChatGPT reply to this review.

If you ask them to do something they will come and do some patch work and then again every month you are just chasing them to do the maintenance. They will increase prices but do nothing to help the tenants. All they are looking at is how to squeeze out the money. Very dissatisfied with overall services. Not recommend for renters.

They are both incredibly personable, approachable and professional, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>The biggest compliment I can give them is that, after our experience, I recommended Bachelors to my parents when they decided to sell their property. From start to finish, everyone was fantastic, super friendly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel entirely seamless.<br>?Their communication was top-notch—we were kept updated at every single step, and their deep knowledge of the local market was clear right from our initial meeting. Thanks to their expertise and strategy, they generated fantastic interest in our home, bringing in a high volume of viewings and ultimately securing a great offer to get the house sold.<br>?We cannot recommend Scott and his team highly enough!

11th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Outstanding service from David, Iain, Craig and the team at Coats & Hall. They came recommended and what a recommendation it was. Within a day of agreeing to use David’s services and in a pretty urgent situation to sell, he had arranged for photographs, videos and home report to be done. This was all completed within days and advertised. Throughout the selling process David and his team were on hand to answer questions 24/7 and replies couldn’t have been any quicker. I definitely would and have already recommended Coats & Hall as an excellent Estate Agents. Thank you and worth every penny.
