All staff I engaged with were friendly and professional, answering questions about the whole process. My experience has been completely positive and I would have no reservations about recommending them to others.

5th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

22nd Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Kelvin Valley Properties have been my lettings agents for just short of 7 years now and I cannot fault them in any way, shape or form. Every member of staff is extremely kind and genuine and they have always been on hand for me any time I’ve needed any help or advice with any issues I’ve had over the years. Being one of their tenants and having numerous health issues they have always gone above and beyond the remit of being just letting agents. Nothing is ever a problem for them and if they have been able to help me be it a repair issue or some advice or just pointing me in the right direction for any assistance I’ve needed they have always been on the other end of the phone and only too happy to help me. My property managers especially never fail to ask me how I’m keeping and show genuine concern and understanding for my health and wellbeing which is just so so lovely of them. Any time I have my property inspection, which is usually every 6 months, they always take the time to have a chat about how I have been keeping with my health and always remind me that they’re only ever a phone call away which is really more than you’d ever expect from a lettings agents. Being a smaller business than a lot of lettings companies out there I think is what makes them so special because they have always treated me with the utmost respect and consideration and it almost feels like I’m speaking to family members. Even the contractors they use for repairs are equally as nice and always take the time to explain what exactly needs done and when and how the jobs will be completed. When I had an issue with the boiler one winter the heating engineer Ray, who was already finished work for the day, came to my house and made sure that I had at least some heating and hot water while he sourced the part needed for my boiler type and as soon as he got it he was straight out to get everything working normally again. I even, because of my health issues, managed to get myself locked inside the bathroom one day, luckily I had my mobile phone in my pocket, I panicked and didn’t know who to contact so I phoned Kelvin Valley and within no more than half an hour they had one of their contractors in my home who got me out and also made sure I’d never be able to get myself locked inside again by carrying out some minor alterations there and then. I would 100% recommend Kelvin Valley Properties to anyone looking to rent a home and also to landlords looking for a reputable trustworthy company to manage their properties for them. They really are a cut above the rest! If it was possible I would definitely give them more than a 5 star review because they really are the best bunch of people who not only do a fantastic job of looking after the homes they manage but also the tenants too and I am extremely grateful and thankful to each member of the team for all they’ve done and helped me with over the years!!<br>??????????
24th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)I have rented through this letting agency for the past five years, and the service has been excellent from start to finish. Diane carried out property inspections every six months and was always friendly, professional, and approachable. On the rare occasions that I had any issues, she responded quickly and worked with the landlord to get everything resolved as smoothly as possible. The entire process, from moving into the property to moving out, was well organised and fully supported, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and easy. I really appreciated Diane’s helpfulness, clear communication, and genuine care throughout my tenancy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Diane and the letting agency to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive rental experience.

If you ask them to do something they will come and do some patch work and then again every month you are just chasing them to do the maintenance. They will increase prices but do nothing to help the tenants. All they are looking at is how to squeeze out the money. Very dissatisfied with overall services. Not recommend for renters.

They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way.<br><br>Communication has bean excellent from day one, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. I really appreciated their honest advice, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent. 17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

So professional, thorough and talked me through every step - and answered ALL of my questions!<br><br>Photographs of the property were brilliant. David took the time to get to know the property and surrounding area and wrote up a brilliant description of it.<br><br>The flat sold after one day on the market because they know how to make it sought after and sell! David was on top of all communications and steered me through everything.<br><br>Top guys who are passionate and brilliant at their jobs!

They made a group chat so I was able to keep in touch with them and nothing was ever a bother to them. They answered any questions I had in the first instance. I don’t think I would have got through this process without them and I wouldn’t highly recommend and would use this service again. Thanks again guys x
