DO NOT RENT with Saville’s - YOU WILL REGRET IT!! They haven’t cleaned the building in MONTHS, dirt and mould everywhere. And they don’t dispose of bins until the room is a health hazard - and even then they don’t want to do it. No point contacting them they are all completely ignorant. Go straight to Ombudsman and Health and Safety executive, they should be fined for causing a health and safety risk.... Read more

Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage....
