20th Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)First time buyer here, which was very nerve-racking for me out the gate. There were lots of things i didnt know i needed to do and many things that just sounded alien to me. This was until i was put in contact with Cal Siswick (who i think works at the york branch), she helped progress the whole sale putting in so much effort and dealing with very unhelpful solicitors. She was resilient in keeping in contact with everyone in the chain and guided me through the whole process. Without her, i dont think everything would have actually gone through in the end. So I cant thank her enough, and thank you to the branch for selecting her for my flat purhcase.

Much easier to contact than the large estate agents and always get back to us quickly. Very impressed and would recommend. I like the continuity of contact and the fact that they are aware of everything going on.
14th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)I can highly recommend Chestnut Solutions. They are a family run business offering a really personal service. Richard is very friendly to deal with and sold my house in a day for much more than the asking price. Everything ran smoothly with the sale.

I sympathise with anyone selling or letting a property through this stuck up agency . May god help you . Completely slack , a lot of p45’s need dishing out here .
