6th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

15th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????
3rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Dealing with the Slater Hogg team was straightforward and re-assuring that our property was in the right hands. Regular updates were provided from several staff members in a timely, polite and informative way. I would recommend them for future use.

30th Jul 2023 (8 mo. ago)Old fashioned, lazy estate agent. Didn’t post on all the websites I was promised and only did so when I noticed and pointed it out to them. Had to have photos retaken due to poor quality. No communication, advice or support when lack of viewings. Didn’t respond quickly to my concerns or queries. Eventually had to take my house off the market.

20th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Absolutely pathetic service. We we lied to from the onset. Rod wouldn't get back for up to a month at a time. Carried out useless work for over inflated prices without permission. Incidentally nothing materialaliaed with anything that he said he had done. Sorry excuse of an Estate Agent and I would keep away real nightmare of a man. He would phone up every 3 to 4 months and say how much did you pay for your property originally and did this for years.

11th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

27th Oct 2023 (5 mo. ago)The house was overpriced to begin with and wasn’t shifting, but as soon as it was reduced it sold quickly. Andy was great and very reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

This was my first time selling a house and it was made easy for me thanks to the great work from Ian and the rest of Martin & Co. Communication was great, the marketing was a high standard, the fees turned out to be the cheapest from all the quotes I received from various estate agents in my area, and my house was sold within 2 weeks. Overall, great value and a great service.
