8th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Amanda at Abode was so helpful , friendly and informative from the start. I also had dealings with Lynn, Ann and Rachel who were also very helpful. I would recommend Abode as an Estate agent as staff were always accessible by phone or email if we had any queries.
11th May 2024 (2 years ago)Janice has always taken time to answer our queries, and provide updates - even when there aren’t any available. We feel she has always provided honest and accurate advise. Joeley took outstanding images and presented the property in its best light.
14th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)A great place to find books for my course
22nd Mar 2021 (5 years ago)This estate agent books viewings with potential clients, lets them book the day off work, then cancels the viewing at the last minute. Unprofessional timewasters.
13th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Miranda had more viewing, then all the other four estate agents. Put together. Everything she said, she did. She was all talk. I would recommend, her to anyone, selling a house. She gets 10 out 10 from us.
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Not happy with this estate agent.
11th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I’ve used Constables as a Managing Agent for a rental property and also as an Estate Agent for the sale of a property. In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. I would use Constables again without hesitation.

3rd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
26th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)No issues with them

3rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We cannot thank Ben, Ben and Hugo enough for their input and support selling our property. Nor can we recommend them highly enough. They are extremely professional, communicative, approachable, flexible and honest in their approach. They work to suit yours and potential buyers availability which is such a refreshing change. Ben who managed our sale has also been so supportive of our buyers who are first time buyers trying to navigate and understand what can be a very overwhelming process. Thanks again to the three of you and the very best of luck with your business. You absolutely deserve it! Austin and Lauren.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
3rd Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with Kalim from Flexi Agent Liverpool, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Kalim was extremely professional, genuinely helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. His vast knowledge of the housing market was clear throughout the entire process. He provided constant 24/7 updates, keeping me fully informed every step of the way, which gave me real peace of mind. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always proactive in making sure everything moved forward smoothly and efficiently. Kalim is not only amazing at what he does, but he’s also a genuinely lovely individual who truly cares about his clients. I wouldn’t use anyone else and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding service. Thank you, Kalim, for such an exceptional experience!
