The property advert listed was inviting to potential buyers and a sale was agreed (STC) in a short period of time. The valuation figure was not acheived, not sure whether that was acheivable over a longer period on the market or set slightly too high.

Really quick to reply to any questions I have :)- 1st Jun 2026 (27 days ago)Jack at Entwistle Green made my first time buyer experience so easy. I was able to book multiple viewings to make sure all family had a chance to see. Such speedy responses. Got my offer accepted in the middle of March and got the keys this afternoon. Over the moon. 10/10

He was professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process very seamless. I could tell that he really loves what he does and this instilled trust. 2nd Jun 2026 (26 days ago)a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them.
