5th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We used entwhistle green maghull when selling our mum and dad's house .We have been very happy with the excellent service we received from all the staff.We could not have wished for more throughout the process.We met Sarah who was always pleasant and professional.Georgia has also been very professional happy and has been our main support, always keeping us up to date replying to our many phone calls and emails, and helping us through any problems we encountered.Sam too was prompt when we needed advice and support.Thank you all staff we have been so happy with the care and attention we received.If in the future we ever need to sell or rent a property, we definitely would use entwhistle green again,we will be advising anybody we know to do the same.Thank you again Jan and Michael Sharrock, Paul and Maria Turner.

In particular I have regularly been speaking to Brooke who is always happy to help, has made me feel comfortable whenever I called with queries and has supported me throughout. Brooke has made my experience with Doran Kennedy pleasant despite there being a few hiccups with previous buyers along the way. Thank you Brooke for everything.

19th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)My partner and I recently purchased a property through Alister Saville. I genuinely could not speak highly enough of Ann-Marie and Kate. Kate originally showed us around the property answering every question we had. I dealt with Ann-Marie for the majority of the purchase. When my own solicitor was dragging their feet Ann-Marie was on hand to help with any questions and guide me through the process. I can confidently say, my purchase would have taken a lot longer if it wasn’t for Ann-Marie. We cannot thank you enough

She is concerned for both landlords and tenants, and certainly does more than just duty. I fully recommend Urban Residential.

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.

21st Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Firstly, I need to apologise that this took me so long to get done!! We moved house at the beginning of November and things have been pretty full on since then! Anyways, I have to say that during the ENTIRE process, Kate, Jess, Sally, and the rest of the team at North Wall were absolutely amazing!!! From the inital stages of getting our house on the market to the final move day!! Everything from their social media, communication, and all of the positive attitudes from all the staff in the office made the whole process so much more of a positive experience than I expected! Anyone who has bought and sold knows how stressful it can be and everyone at North Wall knows this and they acknowledge this throughout the whole process: getting excited with you, and keeping you sane when things are challenging! I couldn't recommend them highly enough and if i was to move again (I certainly won't be...hahaha!) then I would 100% use Kate and the team again. Fantastic company to deal with and absolutely wonderful people! Thank you all so much!!!
