20th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I can't fault Jamie Harrison from Venmores. I called to view a flat but the tenant wasn't available for me to view it. Jamie showed me another flat in the same building & I loved it. In 5 days I'd viewed the flat & the sale was agreed. This lad moves pace at the speed of light. Be prepared to hang on for a fast ride if you deal with him. I shall be using him again in the future. Thanks Jamie

To support us we had Alex Malins, who was just incredible from start to finish. Not just with our property, but she also helped when trying to complete on our new house, offering advice and guidance along the way. I genuinely dont think we would have completed had it not been for Alex. She is a credit to Entwistle Green and we cannot thank her enough.

26th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Tried other estate agents in Southport to buy and sell no joy. Along comes Marc Curley auctioneer at Flexi Agent and boom.. house sold purchased another.. within 6 months. This guy WILL keep you in the loop of the process at all times. Recently widowed I was treated compassionately I would highly reccomend Flexi agent the staff are all really top of the game and so proffesional. Flexi agent stand out on their own they will get you where you need to be they're trustworthy and I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

His advice throughout was invaluable in what became a very pressured sale. Everyone in the company used their expertise to complete the transaction and we had every confidence in their work. I cannot think of any other agency where you have direct access to the company directors. Both Alex and Fran are not only professional, but also approachable and trustworthy at all times. All the office staff are exemplary, but a special mention for Molly whose hard work and determination knew no bounds. Adam was brilliant, highly professional, proactive, and extremely competent throughout. He has a clear understanding of more complex strategies that many agents either don’t understand or avoid, such as Rent-to-Rent, Company Let Agreements, and HMOs ect More importantly, Adam went well beyond standard working and office hours, negotiating back and forth late into the night between multiple parties to ensure the deal got over the line. We work with a lot of people in property, and it’s individuals like Adam who actually make things happen. He’s a real asset to the company — this deal simply wouldn’t have completed without him.
