He has taken the time to explain the entire process clearly and thoroughly, which has really put me at ease. Jamie genuinely listens to my needs and has gone above and beyond to support me at this stage of the purchase. He’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Knowing I have Jamie’s support has made what initially felt like an overwhelming process much easier, and I couldn’t recommend Jamie and Venmore highly enough.<br><br>I'd also like to give a special mention to Jordan in the post-sales team. Once my offer was accepted, the process took over six months and became incredibly stressful. Throughout it all, Jordan was always there to support me, answer my questions, and provide reassurance whenever I needed it. Jordan single handedly kept me sane! His kindness, patience, and genuine care made such a difference during a very difficult time. He is an absolute credit to Venmores, and I'll always be grateful for everything he did to help me through the process.

We had a very complexed sales process for two student properties which required a lot of time and effort due to the new Article 4 Regulations.<br>Kerrie McMullan was our agent and she was outstanding from start to finish. Always answered our calls emails and constantly reassured us. I am pleased to say the sales completed yesterday and we couldn’t of done it without her ?????? thank you Kerrie

Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. 29th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)We had an incredibly challenging time buying our dream home due to the nature of the seller and complexity within the transaction. Despite Whitegates representing the seller, they were still very helpful to us. Lucy in particular was caring and supportive and explained things well. She listened to us and our needs while working hard with the vender to mediate our situation.<br>I'm sure this was a challenging sale for them and I think they did well to manage the situation. Would recommend.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

28th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Through out the year, general expectations of a letting agency were met. However, due to a couple instances, this rules out a good review.<br><br>One - they lied about attending a property when a fire risk was present, protecting their maintenance crew rather than admitting fault on their behalf. This was extremely concerning as all of our belongings including the house could have been destroyed!<br><br>Two - at the end of the tenancy, they charged their flat rate of £50 for a mattress clean for a tiny (1inchx1inch) brown mark, when the mattress was already measured by their own metric as ‘7’ meaning ‘minor marks or minor signs of wear and tear’. Then lied about the proceedings of the deposit return - stating that they would take all of the deposit if they did not accept our counter offer after three attempts via a 3rd party, causing our lead tenant to send a lower offer of £25, worried that they would take the whole deposit. However, this was a lie and this is not how the 3rd party operated, but it was too late to retrieve the offer once it has been accepted.<br>Additionally a mattress clean costs £50 or it doesn’t, the fact they even took our lower offer of £25 reveals they were just out for a quick cash grab, disgusting<br><br>All in all, MCR Move has a track record of a lying, do not go with them! Plenty of better agencies out there!

17th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
