5th May 2021 (5 years ago)Such a bad customer service Galashiels office arranged viewings but forgot to let us know no one will be there Ridiculous service
25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Just had the pleasure of working with Nicola to purchase our first home. She was incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help us. She's friendly, helpful, and always in touch. Could not fault her service and would use again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, Nicola
17th Jan 2019 (7 years ago)David Brown's review is incorrect. The sales particulars that David saw on our web site clearly stated that the sporting rights were not included in the sale. If he did not red the particulars then I am afraid that we cannot be held responsible.

6th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Had a viewing of a property for sale arranged today, on my day off. Took over an hour to drive there and back. Turned up on time, no one there. Called office only to be informed that viewing was cancelled and they meant to tell me but email link wasn't working. Dreadful service. Residence clearly could not care less about potential buyers time. They obviously do not know how to communicate via a telephone!!! Management did not even apologise directly. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SELL OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY CLEARLY CANNOT COMMUNICATE APPROPRIATELY!!
