Being in the market for a while Iv dealt with many estate agents who keep all cards close to their chest and don’t really bother building a relationship with serious buyers. Nari was different he build a good relationship with me as a buyer and at the same time had the sellers interests first. He managed to balance the situation well. A very transparent estate agent no games nothing. Straight up good man. Would highly recommended.

Sarah visited us pre sale & explained the proposed timeline of events & all the associated costs from Home report, selling, marketing & conveyance. We were advised how to present the property for marketing purposes & all appointments were as per the arrangements made. Our house sold very quickly in no small part down to the excellent promotional material produced by Sarah with the help of her large presence on Social media. In summary we were delighted with the service we received from Sarah at Property Connections & would recommend her services to others in a heartbeat.

Her knowledge, professionalism and, above all, her patience have been outstanding.<br><br>Buying a home and arranging a mortgage can feel incredibly daunting, but Jennifer made the whole experience so much easier. She was always on hand to answer my questions, explain everything clearly and guide me through each step. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without her support and expertise.<br><br>The level of service Jennifer provided far outweighed the cost and I couldn’t be happier with the help and guidance I received.<br><br>I would highly recommend Jennifer and Countrywide Hamilton to anyone looking for mortgage advice. 18th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Absolutely useless service from Colin Tomney letting agents. They’ve now cancelled my appointment AGAIN at the last minute. No warning, no apology worth mentioning, just a complete disregard for other people’s time. It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional they are. If you enjoy having your time wasted and being messed around, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid and find an agent that actually knows how to organise a basic appointment.

On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble. Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable. Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively. I wholeheartedly recommend Strutt and Parker to anyone seeking an efficient, effective, supportive and compassionate estate agent in Edinburgh.

From my first meeting with Natalie through to the viewing, appraisal and agreement of the services included, the whole process was straightforward and handled smoothly. Vivien was initially my day-to-day contact and was consistently friendly, thorough and helpful. Once the closing date had been set, Brandan managed the handover seamlessly, ensuring that everything remained clear, concise and on track. The photography and drone footage were of an excellent standard, and the property sold within six weeks of coming to market for above the asking price. At what was a difficult time for our family, the team provided a professional, supportive and efficient service. I could not have wished for a better experience and would happily recommend Galbraith in Ayr.

And particularly to Imogen and Morag, who both kept in touch consistently, updated me throughout the process and were available to answer questions quickly. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended if looking to market your home.

8th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)I received a first class service from AB Property Consultants from the start to finish.<br><br>From Alex at my initial meeting to discuss selling my flat, to Lesley & Corey dealing with my flat sale & viewings of other houses.<br><br>Also the professional photography, videos & drone shots they did of my flat were great. They give buyers the first impression of your place, so you want it to be of good quality, which it was.<br><br>I had my first viewer on 23rd July & my flat was sold at closing date on 11th August. So a super service! Thanks.

From start to finish, they have been absolutely amazing.<br>They have been constantly helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had.<br><br>They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood each step of the process, which was so reassuring as a first time buyer. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they have made the whole experience less stressful and a lot easier.<br><br>I would 100% recommend anyone to get in touch with them for mortgage advice!<br><br>Thanks so much again to you both!
