She always gave us a listening ear, answered every question with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. Thank you, Gil and the entire team at Savills, for helping us find and settle into a place we now proudly call home. We’re so grateful
27th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)"Appalling experience - Extreme professional negligence, arrogance, and harassment"<br>I highly recommend avoiding this firm. After the completion of my property sale, the paralegal, Ceitidh Bryden, demonstrated absolute arrogance and a shocking lack of professional ethics. Her communication was completely unacceptable, to the point where she even resorted to shouting at me over the phone.<br>Despite a formal agreement via email for a £200 price deduction regarding house preparation (which was successfully applied to the final settlement), this firm failed to properly update the final missives due to sheer laziness. Worse still, after the funds were legally settled and under my control, she sided with the buyer to launch an aggressive psychological intimidation campaign. They forwarded threatening emails in red text and unlawfully demanded my personal overseas address without any legal basis, strictly violating data protection principles and professional boundaries. Pure malpractice, uneducated behaviour, and zero integrity. Avoid at all costs."<br><br>Alex

25th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)The agent was excellent in all aspects , it was a sale with some technical hitches which neither the estate agent, lawyer or ourselves could have predicted - the first agreed buyer pulled out of sale just a few days before exchange of contract - this caused extra expensive and acceptance a much reduced offer Disappointed by first buyer

5th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

29th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)I was a Landlord with McArthur Scott Estate Agents , but as of today I am no longer a Landlord as I recently sold my flat and McArthur Scott Estate Agents sold it . Little that I know that my previous tenant made such an allegations , which given me distressed . I was not left in the dark to fight that battle. Instead McArthur Scott Estate Agents Team step forward armed with factual evidences . Those factual evidences were crucial against the case that being lodged . I cannot thank enough Chris who made the effort to compile those correspondence and shared to the appropriate panels. I am also appreciative with Lynne to whom I called impromptu to join in the call . She joined in the call right there and then without hesitation . The crew/team of McArthur Scott Estate Agents are just amazing , professional and very helpful the way they can. To everyone who is seeking to find a letting agent to let your home , look no further . McArthur Scott Estate Agents are above and beyond , they will not left you behind if you are facing aggressive and argumentative tenants.

Months of chasing for basic answers and a refund timeline. Communication is dismissive and contradictory, and getting a clear breakdown of what’s been spent and what’s being withheld has been like pulling teeth. Would not recommend to anyone.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
