Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

21st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

4th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Jack was friendly and kind he understood our situation and was totally invested in us His knowledge of the market and area was top notch He kept us informed and gave us friendly and solid advice when it was needed Jack is a credit to the company and nothing was to much trouble My interaction was good telephone always answered in the office by a very nice gentleman who was always upbeat and helpful always passing on any message Our experience with yourselves has been one of positivity and professional friendliness even in a very difficult market Thankyou ????

But with Jason's reassurance and handling of things it was much more bearable. He was very professional, friendly and hard working. His insight and obvious experience as an estate agent was clear to see.

Communications were always quick and he definitely helped with chasing up the often tediously slow solicitor the owner had instructed. His after sale service has also been brilliant helping me find services and tradesmen I needed as I live in Spain this has been great.
