12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Having just completed on a sale through Byrne and Co, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire team, from valuation stage with Ben, to all the ongoing communication needed with Rona, John and Helen, they have all been first class. They responded speedily to all the twists and turns as the process went along and nothing was too much trouble. In summary, the whole team kept the sale moving forward and played a huge part in its painless (well nearly!) successful result. Thank you for a great experience.

19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Sarah Garland was the agent and from the very start I had confidence in her. Nothing was too much trouble. I was selling the house on my own and she was very helpful and kind throughout something you don't always find with an Estate Agent.

Sale board and listing removed without my knowledge or consent. If i could claim my money back i would but they wont respond to any emails letters or Complaints

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

She knows the market, reads the room, Turns “maybe later” into “soon.” Clear in speech and quick to act, No glossy spin—just honest fact. If trust could be an estate agents sign, Hers would read ‘Sold’ every time.
