Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.
26th May 2026 (25 days ago)Avoid. If you wish to purchase, the agency is at the service of the seller, never the buyer. All financial shenanigans are permitted to satisfy the seller. They rent out flats with photos that are 10 years old! The rentals are in terrible condition, with high rents and minimal maintenance. The deposit is often reduced, allowing the landlord to make an additional profit. Update: Sadly, I was a customer. Update: I have recovered my deposit, which you were wrongly holding back, via myDeposits.
29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had a really great experience with Your Move, everyone was so friendly and easy to deal with. There were quite a few moments where I felt a bit out of my depth and wasn’t totally sure what was going on, but the team were always super patient and happy to explain things in a way that actually made sense. It made everything feel way less stressful than I expected. Big thank you to Samantha Morse who was honestly amazing, she helped me out so much and never made me feel silly for asking loads of questions. Would definitely recommend!
3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)First experience with Connells. Me and my partner got booked in for a viewing of a letting property . We arrived on time yet no one was there to show us around. We waited there for half a hour and attempted to make contact several times and nothing. I’m still trying to get in contact today and still nothing the viewing was now 3 days ago and I still haven’t received any further information. Please don’t expect anything if you get booked in for a viewing and just stay clear because you will end up wasting your time. Thanks.

Very very easy with these guys, kept me up to date constantly and kept their word. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again Connor

They are the first party involved in a sale I have ever wanted to use again. You are dealing with humans who understand the overall context of the sale, not an automated workflow of Bot like responses.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
10th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I recently dealt with the selling team at Charters, Chandlers Ford, and even though I didn’t end up purchasing a property through them, I genuinely feel they deserve a positive review. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable. A special mention has to go to Jorgia, who was consistently brilliant throughout. She was friendly, proactive, knowledgeable and made the whole process feel far less stressful. She kept me updated without ever being pushy, answered all of my questions, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right place rather than just pushing a sale. Even though my purchase ended up going in a different direction, the level of service I received from Jorgia stood out. I’d happily recommend Charters to anyone looking for an estate agent that’s communicative, honest, and genuinely supportive.

Particularly I have a positive experience with Mr. Simon Edsor who had shown me few houses. He always able answer all the questions about the property and take the time and effort to come back with the answers if he couldn't do at the time of viewing. I appreciate his balanced views and he also has an in-depth knowledge about the areas, including some historical aspects. My sincere gratitude to the excellent service from Charters and Mr. Edsor.
