Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

Felt I had to leave a review as the family and I were really impressed with the way she presented herself and handled the viewings. She was professional, well informed, not pushy, excellent rapport with the kids and didn’t rush us. Having viewed alot of properties with other Southampton agents recently and been underwhelmed with the service levels and levels of professionalism it was great to meet an agent who did things properly. The process of responding to my enquiries, booking viewings and confirming was also seamless. Shame there aren’t more agents like Keira. Would happily use again.
6th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)I have been a client of Hunters for 10 years now having entrusted them to manage one of my rental properties and then following a very competent and competitively priced service moving the rest of my portfolio to them. Natalie the property manager is always cheerful and extremely responsive and has total regard for the landlord ensuring only vital property costs are passed. Recently I had reason to engage on the property sales side. Having personally and all the time in my work life dealt with agents I have never enjoyed such professionalism and care than that afforded to me by Jasmine Bradley. She deals with all aspects in such a calm and grown up manner she really sets herself apart from other industry professionals. I would wholeheartedly recommend this experienced and balanced individual to anyone who is considering selling their home. Natalie and Jasmine are first class employees and the reason I do and will continue to rely on the services of Hunters. THANK YOU LADIES
21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I have had a fantastic experience with the staff at Mann 15 Centre Way, Locks Heath, Hampshire, SO31 6DX. Lauren the first contact I had with them could not of been kinder after the loss of my mother and took her time to explain things to me so that I could understand the sale of mum's property. It was put on the market at an agreed price and was sold within 48 hours and from start to completion was just under 3 months. Laura Sales manager has kept us informed on every stage of the sale the rest of the staff in the office have always been helpful and we can not fault the service we got the property is now sold and new owner moving in. I can only thank them all for a great service and I will recommend them to anyone who has a property to sale or rent out and if your buying go look in the window and pop in they will help you.

20th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Pearsons Southampton sold us our new home and we completed on Friday. We are very happy with it. Pearsons have been extremely efficient and good at getting things done, keeping everyone in the loop. It’s all been very easy, from viewing and offering with Simon Dawson, to completion, with the sale progression being managed by Adam Croniken. Adam is a major asset - on the ball, responsive and helpful. He makes himself available to assist with any question that arises and liaised well between ourselves and the seller.<br>The whole team are great and we thank you all. Five stars!

As a first time buyer, I was naturally quite nervous about the whole process, but the team made everything so much easier by keeping me updated every step of the way.<br><br>I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d particularly like to thank James for always taking the time to answer any questions I had, and Chloe for her professionalism and honesty during the property viewings. I never felt pressured or rushed, which was exactly what I was looking for.<br><br>Thank you again to the whole team for making my first home buying experience such a positive one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Field Palmer to anyone looking to buy a property.
20th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Pococks were involved in our house purchase - staff were supportive and proactive in getting a particularly long chain moving. Communication was excellent and they were the only estate agent involved in our moving process who made the many difficulties manageable. It is a shame we had been unable to use them for the sale of our house but will do if needed in the future.
31st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have been involved in 3 sales over the last few years, with various Southampton agents. Goadsby are far and away the best agent we have used. They are the first party involved in a sale I have ever wanted to use again. You are dealing with humans who understand the overall context of the sale, not an automated workflow of Bot like responses.

He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.
15th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I have been under contract with this company for almost two years and have always been a loyal customer. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dominik from the maintenance team was very disappointing.<br><br>I lost my key and contacted maintenance because I was never given a spare. I understand there may be a charge for a replacement, but the issue was the way I was treated. Dominik was rude, spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, interrupted me, and didn't let me explain my situation. Before I could finish, he said he couldn't help, then ended the call with a dismissive "Sorry, bye."<br><br>As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with more respect and professionalism. I hope the company improves its customer service.

The team is professional, well-organised, and communicates clearly, making every job run smoothly from start to finish. A special mention to Sam, who is always approachable, helpful, and efficient. It's refreshing to work with an agency that values good relationships with contractors and keeps everything running seamlessly. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Cut a significant portion of my deposit for small things such as a single strand of hair on the kitchen floor. Nobody here take accountability and they will instead always have a snarky comeback for you. Lease with anyone but The Home Agency!

More than happy to recommend them and the transition from actually getting an offer to managing the sale process went very well. Excellent.
