21st Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)An unprofessional organisation had very bad experience with them no communication with them started with Steve Keenan he left in middle of negotiation with a tenant with out giving me notice & he changed number it took weeks to find out he left when called Toby he always said will give over but i never got a call back from anyone 4 years i didn't hear anything from them at the end when i wend somewhere else they only wanted money i was threatened by Neil to pay i never encountered such a bad not honest estate agent. not even worth a single star
17th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)From start to finish the service they provided was first class. The house we sold was a probate property and I live 100miles away so needed an agent I could trust. Richard led the sale and went above and beyond to help us through an emotional few months. We were guided through every stage with sound advice and expert knowledge . We were given updates after each viewing and I found I could ring any of the team with any issue and know that my query was dealt with promptly . When the chain broke a week before exchange the whole office went above and beyond to get the house back on the market and we had 2 viewings booked within 24hrs. Every step of the way they provided first class support. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell or buy a property and am so glad I chose them . Thankyou to everyone in the team

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????- 29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

The market isn’t great, so I doubt it was the endeavours of the agent to blame. Pleasant enough and efficient enough, but one black mark was a viewing that I only found out about after the event.
9th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Sadly a very poor experience. Glen was rarely available and 2 of his staff were very rude and condescending in his absence. We were given poor advice during our purchase which is costing us dearly. Be super careful if you choose Eastons but I'd suggest elsewhere

Very helpful, kept in touch throughout the sale and achieved it quickly and efficiently. Streets above his competitors & would highly recommend (& use him again if he were in my new area!)
19th Jun 2020 (5 years ago)Terrible service, from people who are not attentive and do not care. had to sell the house privately and then then went legal for a fee they did not earn, as they had taken the house off rightmove etc and did not keep in contact with the buyer, lawyers or anyone. Lesson is to read the fine details of estate agents contracts.png)

We had a constructive discussion re timing and pricing; the photos and description in the ads was excellent and the notification and feedback of viewings was exemplary. A buyer was identified and pricing agreed well within 2 months of the launch of the sale process.
