9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

6th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)The Morris Dibben team were really helpful in making the process as smooth as possible. For a first-time renter everything can seem a bit overwhelming, but the letting team did all that they could to make the process as straightforward as it could be. Thank you very much.
30th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)The team in Brockenhurst couldn't have been more helpful in making a very stressful process seem a lot easier. From the initial meeting they were all very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office if you are selling your property.
19th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Henshaw Fox was not an agent known to me and their premises are not on the main shopping street of the town BUT they are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They kept us in the loop at all times even when we away from home. They quickly had all marketing completed for on line sites and photos available.
29th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)This was my first ever experience of private rental, and the whole team at Paul Jeffrey could not have made it easier. If ever I had a problem, they were efficient and very quick at sorting it out. They were all very friendly, professional and lovely team of people. No hidden fee's, everything in the whole process was very simple and upfront. I would highly recommend.
25th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Michael was very helpful at the introduction. We chose A&W over three other local agents. However, things went drastically wrong after that. The photography (a 'professional' photographer in a tearing hurry) was very poor; lots of overexposure, and failed to actually capture the relevant features (eg stools chopped in half at breakfast bar, missed a feature wall, and had to be called back from the road for missing photos). When the Particulars were sent the photos were unsatisfactory. A&W said they would correct this, but when particulars were resent - they sent the same photos even though we had discussed and approved other photos for use - including some that we took ourselves, to supplement the poor ones. There appears to be little communication between the staff, and even less with the clients. As a result we decided not to continue with this agent having lost faith: if they couldn't even get the particulars right, what sort of service would they be able to provide further down the line? Would not recommend.

Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. Sacked them after two months, house never sold.- 8th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)We just had a brilliant experience working with the team at Spencers in Burley. Jodie, Tina and Heather work seamlessly together and there's no doubt the sale went through as efficiently as it did because of them. We're really grateful to them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Really impressive and very decent professionals.
- 29th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

Viewers even before we went online, offers within the first week, superb negotiation, even better negotiation after the results of the buyers survey (!). Great after sale care. Excellent value for money- saved us many thousands during the renegotiations in fact. Put our needs first. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10

Michelle & Allen went above and beyond to sort out the rental of my property and they were cheery and positive the whole way through, despite there being some fairly major hiccoughs (none of which were their fault, but all of which they sorted out for me!). They’ve been an absolute pleasure to work with and I hope that they continue to manage my property for many years to come.
