21st Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)An unprofessional organisation had very bad experience with them no communication with them started with Steve Keenan he left in middle of negotiation with a tenant with out giving me notice & he changed number it took weeks to find out he left when called Toby he always said will give over but i never got a call back from anyone 4 years i didn't hear anything from them at the end when i wend somewhere else they only wanted money i was threatened by Neil to pay i never encountered such a bad not honest estate agent. not even worth a single star
17th Feb 2026 (24 days ago)From start to finish the service they provided was first class. The house we sold was a probate property and I live 100miles away so needed an agent I could trust. Richard led the sale and went above and beyond to help us through an emotional few months. We were guided through every stage with sound advice and expert knowledge . We were given updates after each viewing and I found I could ring any of the team with any issue and know that my query was dealt with promptly . When the chain broke a week before exchange the whole office went above and beyond to get the house back on the market and we had 2 viewings booked within 24hrs. Every step of the way they provided first class support. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell or buy a property and am so glad I chose them . Thankyou to everyone in the team

30th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)The team in Brockenhurst couldn't have been more helpful in making a very stressful process seem a lot easier. From the initial meeting they were all very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office if you are selling your property.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

- 29th Mar 2023 (2 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

9th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Sadly a very poor experience. Glen was rarely available and 2 of his staff were very rude and condescending in his absence. We were given poor advice during our purchase which is costing us dearly. Be super careful if you choose Eastons but I'd suggest elsewhere

19th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)Currently under offer and in today's market that means there is still a road to travel? However, choosing Jackson Bailey has so far proved a very good decision. My choice was based on viewing houses advertised with Jack 2 years ago and, now I am selling, "interviewing" Jack along with two household name agents locally : professional, friendly, reactive and efficient service and really understand the local market. No salesman -charm and then using faceless team members that know nothing about your property - exact opposite - hands on, genuine support from small, efficient and responsive team - well recoommend!

From the initial viewing through to exchange and completion, they were professional, responsive and proactive throughout. What really stood out was their communication and calm persistence in progressing the purchase. They kept all parties aligned, followed up where needed, and ensured momentum was maintained at key moments. Overall an excellent service with particular thanks to Darren and Chris.
