12th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

There were quite a few moments where I felt a bit out of my depth and wasn’t totally sure what was going on, but the team were always super patient and happy to explain things in a way that actually made sense. It made everything feel way less stressful than I expected. Big thank you to Samantha Morse who was honestly amazing, she helped me out so much and never made me feel silly for asking loads of questions. Would definitely recommend!
17th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)From start to finish the service they provided was first class. The house we sold was a probate property and I live 100miles away so needed an agent I could trust. Richard led the sale and went above and beyond to help us through an emotional few months. We were guided through every stage with sound advice and expert knowledge . We were given updates after each viewing and I found I could ring any of the team with any issue and know that my query was dealt with promptly . When the chain broke a week before exchange the whole office went above and beyond to get the house back on the market and we had 2 viewings booked within 24hrs. Every step of the way they provided first class support. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell or buy a property and am so glad I chose them . Thankyou to everyone in the team

Highly recommend them for their professionalism the quality and also when we had a problem it was resolved quickly and without any hassle.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

A very important aspect for us given we were away a lot. In particular, credit must go to Josh who was instrumental in achieving the sale. Always proactive and contactable (even when on Leave - sorry Josh!). Well done and an estate agent we will recommend.

12th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)We bought a property off glen and his team last year and can honestly say as first time buys we are so glad we went with Easton’s. As first time buyers we didn’t know much about the mortgage process but glen and Clare were so nice and no question was too much for them! It wasn’t quite a straight forward process however we were always kept in the loop and reassured a lot. Would definitely recommend.

29th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)Charters Estate Agents had to put up with a lot from an extremely stressed me - not all to do with the purchase so it made it more difficult for them - and although this purchase definitely went slower than perhaps it should have, they contacted me with updates and I know for a fact pushed things along with the vendor, who also helped as much as he could, that definitely helped the process - I have nothing but thanks and praise for Paul Mason, Tom Harper, Alex Porter and especially the Sales Progression Assistant Sohniya Bhatti who put up with a lot of repeated requests and whinging from me. I am not normally like this and I spent so long apologising and then going back and moaning I am amazed at their patience and understanding - I even sent them pictures of paintings I had done - I'm surprised they didn't get me certified. Honestly they had more patience than I deserved and the process was only slowed by a few extra weeks which was not in their control but they still tried to sort out. I recommend them.

20th May 2026 (23 days ago)First off, when viewing the property, we were told that we would have parking spaces on the drive, which was very important to us. After moving in, a neighbour informed us that the spaces did not actually belong to the property. The landlord later confirmed that due to planning permission, the spaces belonged to the neighbours and the agents should never have advertised them as ours. When moving out, we even returned the keys early. After the checkout, we found ourselves constantly chasing the estate agents regarding our deposit. We were told to contact the landlord directly, despite renting through the agents, not him. After 4 weeks, the landlord finally agreed to a deduction amount and informed the agents, but they still didn’t bother updating us by email, so once again we had to chase for information ourselves. It took 4 and a half weeks to finally receive our deposit back. I would not rent through this company again. Although you rent through them, they seem to want nothing to do with you afterwards. Emails were ignored, there was very little help provided, and we were given incorrect information simply to encourage us to rent through them.
